Honourable Delegate, As Vice Chancellor of the East Pacific University, one of my duties is to build and extend the resources of our institution. I thereby request that the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor be granted a special type of licence for Foreign Affairs to the effect of "Educational Diplomat". Under this licence we shall have the permission to act on behalf of the University in any affairs regarding inter-university relations, such as acquiring or distributing works or classes, offering East Pacific University services, or other related duties. The licence would not be used for official TEP Relations except for Universities and learning, and would allow holders to apply to join other regions' forums. Personally, I would use the seal of the Chancellery and text which describes the limitations of the licence- for clarification. Thank you for your consideration, and I await your approval! |

Hmm. I'm not sure how exactly this would work or what it would entail. Please expound. All of us are able at any time to join other regions' forums. To represent TEP in an official fashion, that would be a different question. "inter-university relations" - did you mean interregional relations? |

It would work as a sort of Visa for other regions. Much like a student Visa, this licence would grant Official TEP status under your power to prove legitimacy. For an example of some exact work I wish to do would be to go to other regions and gain access to their Universities for study of their process and also to ask permission to move work into our University. Although I understand this can be done without the special licence, I believe it would be easier if we were endorsed by the Delegate of our region in this line of work. I know at least one other Region which the University is restricted to citizens only- and under this licence I would be able to still pursue relations with their University. Also, no- I mean inter-university. I do not wish to propose to use it for inter-regional affairs, but only to limit it to University business. |

As Aelitia elaborated on, it would be a collaboration between the University and our Foreign Affairs ministry (& Delegate). We, as representatives of the University, would be sanctioned and recognized by the Foreign Affairs department as some sort of diplomats, which would give us more accessible masking in other regions and the necessary political backing. This can be done by a simple executive order or appointment by the Delegate, I imagine. Of course this would be strictly inter-university. Edited by Bachtendekuppen, Jul 10 2013, 01:02:32 AM.

I think you've confused AMOM with ASBS. You're quoting AMOM, not me.

I have considered this and, for the sake of consistent organization, will construct a FA Ministry of Education around it, in which the Chancellor and Holders will be automatically included.
