You've got a lot of positions all across Nationstates. How can the Magisterium be assured that you would dedicate enough time to go above and beyond the bare minimum required to be a Magister? Following the "regions" question, where on your Regional Priorities would you say The East Pacific is? |

Thank you for the question. I'll go with your second question first because that's how I roll. ![]() TEP definitely lands top 3 for me in terms of priorities. Now for the first question. In TNGE I am mainly an advisor and I assist on occasion so it doesn't take up to much time, same can be said for lots of my regions in fact the only regions that take up significant amounts of my time are United Kingdom (SecDef, Xoriet understands the pain of operating a military ), Osiris (depending on the amount of legislation up for debate/vote), and here, since I am Minister of Culture and Edu. The rest I dedicate as I see a need to and I would definitely put in as much time as humanly possible into participating in Magisterium discussions.

How do you reconcile being a member of multiple regional legislatures? Is there ever a conflict of interest? If so, how do you resolve the conflict? "I will make it my personal duty to keep the best interests of the common East Pacific citizen to heart and work for the greater good of The East Pacific region." Can you always do this, given your other responsibilities? |

I don't think I have ever come across a conflict of interest. The answer is yes. |

I believe it's also relevant to mention that you're also running for the Osiris Keeper of the Deshret, which to my understanding is a position equivalent to Speaker. From my observation, that job requires a lot of involvement in the legislation process for the Osiran Deshret. If you end up being elected to that as well, how will that impact your ability to serve in an able manner here. I'd also like to follow up on what ASBS said. You stated that you will "will make it my personal duty to keep the best interests of the common East Pacific citizen to heart and work for the greater good of The East Pacific region." - Is there anything you have to assure us that you will be doing this actively. To, once again, follow up on the questions of ASBS: You don't appear to have answered "How do you reconcile being a member of multiple regional legislatures" Furthermore - Pretend, hypothetically, that you encountered a fairly serious conflict of interest between The East Pacific and another region you are involved in. Standing in this hypothetical situation, could you please reply to both of the CoI questions presented by ASBS? |

It won't. I'm capable of having multiple tabs open. Because I have a reputation for working very hard to make whatever region I am in a better place for all to be in. After all this game wouldn't be fun if we weren't always trying to make it more fun. I'm not sure what I'm reconciling for? Did I offend someone? And tbh atm I am in two actively, TNGE's (all citizens are in the Senate there), and Osiris's. I'm not sure how to answer both since the first one is, "is there ever a CoI"? So for the purpose of this scenario you came up with I'm just going to assume the answer is yes. Now for the next part, I know the answer you are looking for is "all hail TEP, I would totally abandon the other region and back TEP up regardless of any consequences to myself". I'm not gonna lie, not how I would go about it. And to be honest it would depend on the scenario. If we're in a diplomatic scuffle over control of some colony or something similar to that then I would probably recuse myself from discussions in both regions so that any bias that I may have won't show up, just seems the best thing to do. In the case of war, well I mean I would have to look at the circumstances surrounding it. |

Thanks for the honesty. I'll be honest back, I'd have raised my eyebrow quite high if you had said that you'd abandon any other region and back up TEP. You're involved in a lot of places, and stated that TEP was in your Top 3. It's a safe extrapolation that The East Pacific is not your #1, then. I think that in a the diplomatic scuffle scenario, it's good that you're being honest and abstaining in all cases would be understandable. Regarding a war time situation, that's understandable. Circumstances are everything there. Regardless of whether your reply may have shot yourself in the foot with others or not, it's definitely raised my favor for you due to the honesty in your statement instead of trying to bullshit around the question. | |

I will make this very clear. You're an imperialist and I oppose your membership of the magisterium. I wish you every success in TGNE, not in TEP. |

Are there any other questions? Also note that I was elected Keeper of the Deshret. (6-5 vote) Just figured I would inform everyone. |
