Celeste Holland applied to become a Magister (here) and filed their Personal Disclosure Form (here).

Please discuss this candidate and do not hesitate to ask any and all appropriate questions.

And to get things started ... Please tell us more about yourself. What do you find interesting about TEP and the Magisterium? What would you like to see the Magisterium achieve?

Hellew, hellew, hellew!

I've been in NS on and off for quite some time, since about 2008/09 or so, and I usually just RP and or get into the legislative bits of whatever region I'm passing through at the time.

As I'm going through this process, there seems to be a lot of barriers to entry into the region, government and even the community is a little closed off. I'd like to see that all changed to be a bit more open and inviting to new comers! I also really like the idea of having my own gestapo and personality cult. So... Whatever works out, I guess. I'm open-minded! :humpty:

You might have a point about the barriers one has to take to engage in TEP. What do you think of our body of laws? Do you see things that might be improved by the Magisterium?

Just based on what I know right now, I would say the criminal code needs to be tweaked a little and the EPPS needs to be given a more gameplay and/or roleplay role to revamp activity.

The state of public education is rough here, we need to get some archives and a mentorship program going for new members to inform them about the region and NS. As a GCR we have a lot of history to teach the chidlens.

On top of the education situation we have, I'd like to see a greater state propaganda presence if for nothing more than for roleplaying and to add a certain je ne sais quois to the region.
