Please note: the title says "leader", but really I think the title should read "servant", because the best leaders are the ones who lead by serving. As a committee leader, whether you are the sole leader or leading with several others, you are to do the following:

1. Attempt to include as many TEPers as possible.
2. Listen to as many voices as possible while at the same time discerning possible ideas from the impossible, and feasible ideas from the infeasible. Do not shut out anyone who legitimately is trying to insert positive changes, or changes they believe to be positive. If they are lost, you should pull them aside and help them out.
3. Guide thought methodically and stay on-point.
4. If necessary, hold votes. You may do so on this forum and create new topics if you wish for any side-discussions.
5. At the end, provide a set of solutions that represent the common will of those present during discussion. You cannot be held accountable for someone who complains after the fact.

Your guidance, time, and efforts are all appreciated. Best of luck moving forward.
