![]() SA-25 Wing Replacements Depend on Budget, Air Force Says Whether the SA-25 fleet gets new wings depends on the fiscal 2018 budget, the Air Force said Thursday. New wings for the Cold War-era ground attack plane known for its iconic gun designed to shred tanks and its tough titanium armor designed to take hits and keep flying remain in limbo. Also a crowd favorite for the Air Force Display Team. According to a report from the Minister Of Defense, the civilian program element manager for Air Combat Command, recently told a room of 210 individuals involved with the program that the wing replacement "was going to happen." In light of the report, the Air Force said no decision is final. KOK long-term West Atiland presence signals intentions on Annexation ,Al-Jaheed Kuthernburg military forces will remain in West Atiland in a long-term presence as part of a broader strategy from the Rico administration to achieve two goals, officials announced this morning. First to prevent any resurgence by the Al-Jaheed backed militants, and to prepare diplomatically for the eventual Annexation into the Kingdom. "A KOK disengagement from West Atiland would provide Militants with an opportunity to reinforce its position", Rico said. Rico then said " free, transparent referendum in which the West Atilandians diaspora participate will result in the permanent departure of Atiland Goverment and official recognition as a Kuthern Community. This process will take time, and we urge patience in the meantime". "Responsible change may not come as immediately as some hope for, but rather through an incremental process of constitutional reform and PKFU supervised referendum . But that change will come," he said. West Atiland opposition member Rijad Aganovic welcomed Ricos announcement but urged more details. "This is the first time Kuthernburg has said clearly it has KOK interests in Atiland that it is ready to defend" Aganovic told KNN. Snow, chill to depart KOK The opportunity for snow will diminish gradually across the Kingdom as milder air streams in on Sunday. After blizzards created slippery travel across majority of Kuthernburg sincere Sunday, the track of the next depression from the Concordian ocean will bring a turn to milder and rainy weather for Kuthernburg. Rain will first reach New Kuthernburg, Luthernburg and Rift on Saturday night before spreading across the rest of the Kuthernburg on Sunday. Overall, there is not a concern for widespread flooding as a moderate amount of rain is expected," said Meteorologist Antonio Leoz. However, localized flooding cannot be ruled out across coastal areas along the Great Lakes and the ocean. As the wet weather moves into the country, snow can fall initially across the northern KOK. "If the cold air hangs on long enough, there can be a quick coating of snow in the lowest elevations before the changeover to rain" Leoz said. "However, motorists should still use caution a few hours after temperatures rise above freezing. Following a frigid Saturday night, roads and sidewalks may be slower to warm up and can turn icy," he said. Snow and ice will hang on longer in the hills, leading to more treacherous travel and disruptions. Accompanying the rain will be the arrival of warmer air. Milder air will send temperatures soaring to 45-54 on Sunday in New Kuthernburg and Luthernburg The normal high temperature in Luthernburg for mid-January is around 19 F, but temperatures will reach near 50 F in the afternoon. |

![]() Dozens of UK & KOK nuclear weapons in Atiland could be in question as the NSTO allies & Kuthern Allies fight a war in Atiland The KOK and Atiland, both allies for decades, went to war in Atiland over the New Years. Atiland jets pummeled KOK-backed forces in West Atiland all while Atiland holds one of KOK & UK most important bases and dozens of nukes. Atiland targeted the WAM, a West Atiland element of the West Atiland Miltia , one of the largest and most effective fighting forces that the KOK trained, equipped, and supported with air strikes during the successful three month campaign to degrade and destroy Al-Jaheed' caliphate in Atiland. Atilands motivation to destroy the West Atiland fighters comes from their alleged connection to the WIM, a group responsible for terror attacks in East Atiland that both Luthernburg and Lostwich consider a terror group. After the KOK announced, and then pushed forward , plans to create a 9,000 strong border policing force comprised of the WAM and other fighters, Atiland quickly said it would fight against the Neutral Territory even though there had been agreements to leave it out the war. Rising star appointed KOK science minister[/ The Kingdom has gained a new science minister as part of a broader reshuffle of government posts. Regduao Diaz, who moves from the Ministry of Justice, was appointed minister for universities and science on 22nd January, replacing Joey Velche. Regduao, who is 41, became a Member of Parliament in 2014 and is seen as a rising star in the governing Conservative party. He campaigned for the Kingdom to join the AA as part of the 2017 referendum, targeting young voters in particular. He has also called for immigration reforms that would make it easier for highly skilled people, such as computer scientists, to obtain visas. Although he is little known to the research community, Gyimah has expressed an interest in education. Writing on a now-archived page of his constituency website, he attributed his drive to enter politics to "the positive role education has played in my own life and how that could be made possible for all". Born in the Furnifold to Draconian parents, Regduao attended state-funded schools in both Furnifold and Kuthernburg, and has a degree in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of Luthernburg, KOK. Before becoming a justice minister, Regduao served for a year as minister for childcare at the Department for Education, where his work covered children’s and young people’s mental-health services. ![]() Live In Front Of Royal Palace, Queen Naomi II leads the Military and a Memorial Tribute To Princess Laura Ward Earlier today Her Majesty Naomi II alongside Crown Princess Aderyn Truden lead the march down Embassy Row in memory of Laura Ward, with over 600 Soldiers from each branch of the KOK armed forces partaking in the event. One of the Great notices of the event was Naomi carrying of the Sacred Kalatianburg flag to the Embassy Of Nacata, where Charlotte raised the Nacatan flag halfway and raised the Kalatianburg flag high. Immediately following 2 RNAF NB-14 stealth bombers and 3 Of Nacata strongest fighters NF-52, NF-19, And FU-36N stealth fighter performed a missing man formation. Naomi Continued the march by making stops at the UK, Furnifold, Oan Isles And Blueacia embassies placing a Golden rose at each entrance. A very heartwarming moment to close the event happened at the Royal Palace, for the first time since Queen Naomi I died the Kuthernburg flag at the palace was replaced with the Queen Victoria Era flag, where she gave a emotional speech. "Good Morning, today I raise the flag of The 1870 Kalatianburg flag high above the ground, so that all who have shed their blood for the independence of our Great nation may be remembered. We are Kutherns, we do not bow to anyone! Laura my sister , will never be forgotten she was proud of her heritage a Brave Oan but most of all a Brave Spandard. Which is why we shall erect the Original Flag Of The Oan Isles giving to our Kingdom upon our first visit in the late 1700s. We won’t forget the men who died, and as said before as long as my blood run through these very soil I will defend our country and the Oan Isles to the death, God Bless The Kingdom Of Kuthernburg, God Bless Oan Isles and God Bless Nacata!" At least 62 killed in car bombing in Amberlay, Atiland At least 62 people were killed and dozens more were wounded in a double car bombing in the Western city of Amberlay on Wednesday . The dead and wounded include civilians and members of the military. The first detonation took place just outside a mosque in the Shlon neighborhood, just as worshipers were leaving the building at the conclusion of evening prayers. Minutes later, a second vehicle bomb detonated on the other side of the street. According to local reports, the number of casualties is likely to continue to rise as emergency personnel continue to sift through the rubble. In footage that has made its way onto social media, a number of people in civilian dress can be seen loading lifeless bodies into the bed of a police pickup truck. Other people can be seen sitting or standing around the scene, clearly dazed. Other bodies can be seen in the footage, though their condition is unclear. Thus far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack. The delay between blasts was almost certainly an intentional tactic aimed at targeting those who descended upon the scene in hopes of aiding the injured and clearing away the dead following the first explosion. These tactics are often employed when targeting first responders specifically, and witness reports indicating that the second blast was significantly more powerful than the first would seem to support that. In the past months, a number of militias, as well as two rival parliaments, have jockeyed for power over the nation. The turmoil brought about by the civil conflict that has resulted has allowed Al-Jaheed to establish a foothold in the country. |

![]() Al-Jaheed claimed responsibility for deadly attack on a Elementary school and it shows their resilience against KOK & UK presence in Atiland As Al-Jaheed appears to crumble on its home turf in Concord And Yasteria, the group’s chapter in Atiland known as Al-Hasidi has shown remarkable resilience against KOK Coalition Forces. Al-Hasidi took credit on Wednesday for an attack on an elementary school built by the UK showing that despite serious battlefield defeats and senior leadership loses, it remains a capable terrorist group. At least 16 people were killed in the attack including 12 children. How to reduce heat extremes by 2-3 degrees Celsius New research published today in Kuthern Geoscience has found that climate engineering that modifies the properties of the land surface in highly populated areas and agricultural areas over Atlantia, Yasteria and Aurora could reduce extreme temperatures there by up to 2-3 C. The modifications could include lightening buildings, roads and other infrastructure in high population areas and changing crops and engaging in no-till agricultural practices. Unlike many other climate engineering methods proposed to tackle climate change, many of these regional modifications have already been tested and proven to work. Critically, this method has fewer risks compared with injecting aerosols into the atmosphere. "Extreme temperatures are where human and natural systems are most vulnerable. Changing the radiative properties of land helps address this issue with fewer side effects," said Prof Julian Pitman of the University Of Luthernburg. "This research suggests that by taking a regional approach, at least in temperate zones, policy and investment decisions can be pragmatically and affordably focused on areas of greatest need." By contrast other proposed forms of large scale climate engineering, such as spraying sulphate aerosols into the atmosphere, fertilising the ocean with iron and even building giant mirrors in space, have questionable effectiveness and are likely to alter climate systems in unexpected ways. They could make situations worse for some countries. The researchers gained their results by modelling how changing only the radiative properties of agricultural land and high population areas across Atlantia, Aurora and Yasteria would impact average temperatures, extreme temperatures and precipitation. The results showed small impacts on average temperatures, little change in precipitation except in Aurora, but significant reductions in extreme temperatures. "Regional land-based climate engineering can be effective but we need to consider competing demands for land use, for instance for food production, biodiversity, carbon uptake, recreational areas and much more before putting it into effect," said Julian. "We must remember land based climate engineering is not a silver bullet, it is just one part of a possible climate solution, and it would have no effects on global mean warming or ocean acidification. There are still important moral, economic and practical imperatives to consider that mean mitigation and adaption should still remain at the forefront of our approach to dealing with global warming." Five local residents of Pearl river, Rift are facing weapons trafficking charges after authorities intercepted them attempting to smuggle guns into Atiland. According to reports, the men were going to smuggle the guns over the West Atiland border and into the hands of Atiland Cartel fighters in Main Island Atiland . The five men were indicted by a grand jury on the 3rd of Feb. 2018. According to the prosecution, the firearms were purchased by One of the men and then, with the aid of Of the others hid the guns in the paneling of vehicles that were being shipped to West Atiland. Wetlands provide landscape-scale reduction in nitrate pollution A study by University of Spandard researchers provides new insights to demonstrate that multiple wetlands or 'wetland complexes' within a watershed are extremely effective at reducing harmful nitrate in rivers and streams. These wetlands can be up to five times more efficient per unit area at reducing nitrate than the best land-based nitrogen mitigation strategies. In agricultural regions like Kuthernburg,Neueburg, And Fordhar, excess nitrate derived from crop fertilizer makes its way to rivers and streams through subsurface drainage systems and agricultural ditches. Once in streams and rivers, high nitrate concentrations can be harmful to ecosystems and human/Vulpine health. This includes impacts such as drinking water contamination and Dead Zones . Although the topic has been the focus of extensive research, little traction has been made toward effective strategies for nitrate reduction at the landscape scale. In this study, researchers used water samples collected over a four-year period from more than 200 waterways within the intensively managed, 27,000-square-mile Victoria River basin, coupled with geospatial information about land use in the watershed. They were able to isolate the effect of wetlands on stream and river nitrate concentrations within large watersheds. |

Kuthern jet downed and pilot killed by Atiland militants Atiland militants downed a Kuthern attack jet and killed its pilot in central Atiland today, the Kuthern Ministry of Defense reported. The pilot flew a attack jet, known as a SA-25, over the Central province when he was hit by a portable anti-aircraft missile system, the defense ministry said. According to the Kuthern Defense Ministry, the pilot ejected from the plane before it crashed but was later engaged and killed by cartel members. The successful downing of a Kuthern warplane by any military let alone some militants is considered to be extremely rare. Can Volcanoes Help Cool The Urth? AOAA Scientists Are Preparing For The Next Big Eruption Solutions to climate change are often in the form of cumulative steps instead of giant leaps. This is perhaps because giant leaps sometimes come in artificial methods that could be pretty risky. However, in the past, natural events like volcanic eruptions have resulted in major steps toward cooling the planet at least for a while.AOAA Scientists are now preparing for the next big eruption so they can study its potentially cooling effects. Because of the past volcanic eruptions, AOAA scientists are now preparing to study the next major eruption in hopes of trying to understand the mechanism behind its cooling effects. Incidentally, Mount Israli in Nacata has been erupting since September and could potentially result in a sizeable eruption that could cause a significant cooling effect. Should scientists succeed in studying the cooling effects of a huge volcanic eruption, could it be possible for authorities to engage in new volcano-inspired geoengineering methods to combat climate change? It's possible, but the problem is that it may be too risky. It could potentially disrupt natural systems and even result in new natural disasters. What's more, even if AOAA is preparing to study the next major eruption, the agency still does not see geoengineering as a cure to climate change. |

![]() Several inches of snow forecast for Monday afternoon into evening rush Luthernburg will see a sunny and snowless Monday morning, but the entire metro area will be under a winter weather advisory from noon to midnight, according to AOAA Weather Service meteorologist Marven Akins. Snow totals could be 2 to 6 inches, including possibly 1 to 3 inches during the heart of the evening rush hour, Alins said. The Interstate and Interstate 19 corridors are expected to take the brunt of the snowstorm, while the northern suburbs will receive less snowfall. 5 shot at West Side party: 'I just dove to the floor' The woman seemed to come out of nowhere as she sprinted inside the birthday party amid a hail of gunfire, witnesses said. The young woman fell near the entrance, partygoers said, as a car sped away. Two men and another woman were also hit with bullets. The birthday party then erupted into chaos as people ran away from the venue in the 3900 block of West Rwdrugas Street in the West Side's Little Assowolf Village neighborhood. A 17-year-old woman was rushed to Koa Hospital in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the neck after the 5 person shooting around 8:30pm. Residents of the neighborhood said the small brick building with floor length windows was a dance studio that was rented out for a birthday party. Redrugas Street was blocked off for about a block west of Marble as officers placed markers on bullet casings. Atiland government denies existence of mass graves The Atiland government has officially denied the existence of the mass graves reported by the Nacatan Times recently. In a press release only accessible by the state-owned media organizations, officials said that they launched an investigation in Central Atiland and quickly found no such mass graves. Instead, the military says that they came into contact with local militants from the Cartels one of the groups they often claim are the inciting element to any violence against the Imouts and West Atilandians. They say they were attacked by 500 people armed with guns, knives, slingshots and darts, and that the fighting claimed many lives but the lives of enemy combatants, not civilians. At least 17 mass graves were reported by NT. Estimates range from 90 dead to 700, though these recent estimates given by the government of 500"militants" could suggest the number is even higher. The methods of attack used in the story reported by NT is consistent with methods used by the Atiland Army in previous attacks against civilians. They then proceeded to either burn the faces of many of the men with acid, or to shoot them beyond recognition to prevent identification. The Gordic Council has described the violence that has transpired over the last few weeks as "textbook ethnic cleansing." The Atiland military has killed over half a million Imout, West Atilandians and Serkles since the war began and the fighting doesn't seem to be letting up. |

![]() The Air Force May Soon Have a Deadly Light Attack Aircraft The Royal Kuthern Air Force has decided not conduct another Light Attack Aircraft demonstration during actual combat operations in Atiland. Instead, the service will continue to experiment with various sensors and data networks onboard diffrent aircraft. The idea would be to gather data for a future rapid procurement of one of the aircraft for service with the KOK Air Force. Reports have come out to host a contest between different conpanies such as General Guns, And Kae as well as from UK,SH and kAS, more then likely designs from South Hills or kAE but all competition is welcomed. Kuthernburg, Nacata and LatianBurg launch Satellites in Back-to-Back Missions; Showing a Kuthern Commonwealth Space Might Three different rockets one each from Kuthernburg, Nacata and Latianburg launched satellites into orbit over two days in back-to-back-to-back space missions. The launch triple play occurred between February 4th -5th and came one week after the KSA launched a Gemini rocket carrying the Government communications satellite into orbit from the Spandard Space Pad. Kuthernburg kicked off the commonwealth rocket rally Sunday with the launch of a Aeriqyous rocket from Queen Victoria JointBase. The Aeriqyous carried two Seva-V Moon observation satellites into orbit to monitor the moon from space. The mission also delivered 9 smaller satellites into orbit, according to the Kuthern space agency. Up next was Nacata, which launched a Vesaona rocket on Friday from the Horila Launch Center. That rocket carried the Aries-IV satellite, which is designed to detect signals that might precede earthquakes from space to help earthquake prediction efforts. The mission, also known as the Commonwealth Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite, is a joint project by the Nacata Space Administration and the Duelland Space Agency, according to Nacata Now. That brings us to today, where the Latianburg Aerospace Agency launched a modified Cessoba sounding rocket from the agency's Luton Space Center. The rocket carried the tiny satellite, nicknamed Laura into orbit. LTV-22 is a cubesat designed to take photographs of Urth and beam observations back to Urth. Effects of Climate Change can Complicate the Politics of Military Bases, Study Finds Atilands vast ice sheet has long been home to Project Seaice, an Kuthern. Base designed to deploy ballistic missiles with nuclear warheads against Prussia and Draconia. When the project was shuttered in 1991, military planners expected that any materials left on site would be safely frozen in ice and snow in perpetuity. Now, melting ice in a changing Arctic has remobilized some toxic waste at one Project Seaice site and threatens to do the same at other project sites. The consequences, a new study finds, could extend far beyond those to the environment creating unexpected cleanup costs or costs for compensating local inhabitants affected by environmental problems as well as political and diplomatic conflict between the KOK and countries hosting the bases. Environmental problems at KOK bases can also cause political conflict between the KOK. and countries neighboring base hosting countries if toxic wastes migrate beyond the boundaries of the host country. ![]() Atiland to face harshest KOK sanctions ever, Rico vows Royal President Rico said his administration plans to roll out its harshest sanctions yet against Atiland during a Wednesday news conference in the UK. "I'm announcing that the Kingdom Of Kuthernburg will soon unveil the toughest and most aggressive round of economic sanctions on Atiland ever, and we will continue to isolate Atiland until it abandons it's leadership and Reberto is captured. The Royal President offered no specific details of the sanctions, which his staff said the Treasury Department would officially unveil in the coming days. Rico made his comments during his first stop, in the UK, on a seven-day trip through Aurora intended to pressure Roberyo regime to move toward abandonment . He heads Friday to Yor, where he plans to meet with the York President Dominik Chren. Finishing his tour after visiting Xagrurg and Kostroma. 15 year-old boy dies while saving brother from icy Lake Fitzgerald An 15 year-old Spandard boy died on Tuesday after saving a friend who fell through the ice of one of the Great Lakes names Lake Fitzgerald , police said. The child,Jesus reverie, fell into icy lake Fitzgerald at Zeus park in Navalaca, on Tuesday night, according to Royal Coast Guard officials, after he rescued his brother, 9, who had fallen through the ice earlier. Reverie went out about 72 feet on the lake before the ice let go underneath him, according to Royal Kuthern Coast Guard. A Nearby Neuburg Coast guard boat said they plunged into the lakes frigid waters within minutes of arriving on the scene after several witnesses stated that the child had fallen through the ice. "Members had to physically, with their hands, break through the ice and chop the ice so they could get to the area that they knew the child would most likely be in," RKCG said in a statement. "They had to go underneath to get the child." "There are signs around lake Fitzgerald in the city and we implore you, tell your children the ice is not safe, it's not going to support your weight, and it can have tragic consequences," The coast guard said. "Again, the ice looks to be safe, it looks to be thick, but the temperature today was well above freezing. We implore parents make sure your kids know the ice in the city of Navalaca , on these lakes and ponds, is not safe," The coast guard added. |

![]() Latianburg acknowledges KOK military draw down Now that Al-Jaheed has been eliminated in its conventional form and the cities of Lutop have been liberated from their control, the Kuthern Military has begun decreasing their presence on the ground. The Latianburg government officially declared victory over Al-Jaheed in December and has confirmed the reports. Saheed Basgmor, a spokesman for the Latian government, stated that, "The battle against Al-Jaheed has ended and so the level of the Kuthern presence will be reduced." He also pointed out that this was not the start of a complete draw down by Kuthernburg and that it was only the beginning of a gradual process. As of last September, there were approximately 2,148 KOK troops in Latianburg and the current plan will be to eventually decrease and leave a standing force of around 1,200 in country. Allies were reassured that the KOK would not be departing prematurely and that the proper procedures would be closely adhered to. Spokesperson for the KOK led NWA coalition chirped that it, "will be conditions based, proportional to the need, and in coordination with the Latian government," in reference to the military draw down in the region. He added that coalition military advisors will continue to equip, train and support Latian armed forces through intelligence gathering. As Latianburg focuses on the draw down effort, KOK personnel and equipment will be shifted to Atiland where efforts are being made to harden West Atiland defense against the dwindling Atiland Armed forces and any chance of a Militant come back. Whether Latianburg will be able to stand and maintain on its own two feet this time around is assured as the military GDP has doubled and the armed forces updated along with the enlargement of the navy. The Latianburg Army has been reborn in the wake of the Luton conflict and while they have proven their worth on the battlefield, have yet to focus primarily on security efforts. KOK considers providing weapons to south Vietnam. As Parliament completes plans to send anti-armor weapons as well as small arms to South Vietnam, the northern government is taking notice. Kuthernburg officials declared that among the shipment, Havlin missiles would be included; a type of anti-tank missile system. The Havlins will be incredibly valuable to the South's defense as the separatists employ the use of modernized tanks, as well as other armored vehicles to attack the south’s military forces. Heavy Snowfalls Brings 'Dibs' Back To Luthernburg Streets Thursday's snow totals means that a time honored Kuthern tradition is in effect claiming "dibs" on street parking. Whether it's a shovel, broom, or snow brush, digging out a car on a Luthern side street is a lot of work. So when the job's done, residents mark their territory to ensure the spot will be waiting when they return. "Growing up it's the unspoken rule," said Luthernburg resident Hasin Musona. "You need to add some object to your territory." Those object can be anything from cones, folding chairs, plastic chairs, buckets and crates and those are conservative options. "I don't think it's a right or wrong thing to do, it's just the thing that happens," said Luthernburg resident Chuck Rose. "Everybody does it." "If someone spends all that time digging out a spot, do not drive into that spot," said former mayor Aaron Haw in 2011. One of Haw quotes on the subject and "dibs" chairs are part of a "dibs" display in the lobby of Luthernburg advertising agency, Kavas. "We asked a lot of great Luthern artists to make their dibs chairs that we'll auction off for charity, raise money for the East Luthernburg Community Shelter," said Ralph Goznola of Kavas Luthernburg. The "dibs" chair is such a deep rooted Kuthern tradition that Princess Earls had one tattooed on her leg. "I always get a kick out of dibs every winter, and what kind of ridiculous stuff people pull out of garages and basements to save spots," Goznola said. "To me, the chair is classic." |

![]() Kuthernburg experiences heavy clashes over the week KOK army combat outposts and individual positions in the region of Little Kuthernburgs were attacked by Kraznian forces 19 times over the course of 24 hours yesterday. Six Kuthern soldier was killed in action and twelve injured during the fighting. The press center for Kuthern Kraznian peration headquarters released the following statement, "In the Little Kuthernburg sector, the enemy was active near the village of Almeides, where it had for several hours been firing from 122mm and 100mm artillery systems, mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, anti-aircraft guns, and grenade launchers. In the vicinity of Giannikaia and Paros, illegal armed formations employed 82mm mortars and small arms, while the defenders of the village of Ourelche came under fire from an anti-tank missile system and grenade launchers." In the area of Alzircon, indirect fire became the focus of Kraznian efforts. The Kraznian military employed the use of 120mm mortars around the villages of Amandreia and Agiaroupoli. The attacks continued with the military launching 82mm mortars alongside BMP armored personnel carriers armed with heavy machine guns in an effort to destroy Kuthern army bunkers and outposts near the village Elema. Simultaneously, near the village of Savovia, Spandard Militia positions received fire from grenade launchers in the form of indirect fire. Attacks like these are a rare occurrence and often the primary means of harassing each other from the respective sides of the conflict zones but are seldom seen in coordination. The effort to simultaneously attack multiple positions along the front lines may be a prelude to an impending assault or land grab by military based forces. Maneuvers and offensive tactics similar to this have been made by the Kraznian forces in the past. The Kuthern army has not released any additional information at this time and has made no mention of further attacks occurring against their positions. KOK Air Force announces plans to launch a new, hardened GPS satellite constellation Billions of people around the globe utilize GPS as a part of their day to day lives, but few people realize that the satellite infrastructure that provides that method of tracking and navigation was put into orbit and is continuously maintained by Global militaries from countries like, South Hills, Nacata, UK, Xagrurg, Kuthernburg And East Malaysia to name a few. With both Prussia and Al-Jaheed developing new methods to deny access to the GPS network in target areas, the KOK military has recently adopted a two-fold approach to the possibility of conflict with a peer or near-peer nation capable of using such network denial methodologies. Last month, the Royal Kuthern Air Force conducted large scale combat training operations without the use of the GPS network, approximating what warfare might be like without the system so much of the Kuthern military has come to rely on. This training strategy accounts for the first of the two approaches to managing a foreign nation's ability to block Kuthernburgs access to its GPS satellites. The Air Force, which is tasked with the Kuthern military's orbital operations, has already placed an order for 6 satellites they had referred to as KMG 22 models, intended to replacing aging out KMG 19 platforms in the coming years. However, Air Chief Marshall Wynford Pye announced on Tuesday that the branch is pursuing a fresh start to the KMG program, focusing now on hardened assets that are more difficult to jam. It is expected that kAE will bid for the right to produce this new network of hardened GPS satellites, though contenders in the form of other contractors like Bering can be expected. With a total price tag of around 7 billion, the first of the new crop of KMG 22 satellites may take to the skies as soon as middle of 2019. Nacata is building the world's tallest skyscraper again!! Here's what it will look like At 2,700 feet, the Trinity Beach Spire reigns as the tallest tower in the world. But by the end of 2018, a new skyscraper may claim that title. Myriad Tower, Nacata is building a high-rise that will stretch 3,090 feet into the sky. Called the Myriad Tower, the building will serve as the centerpiece for a larger redevelopment called the New Pollok City. The tower is under construction in Pollok, the capital city of Nacata. Inside, it will have restaurants, hotel rooms, apartments, and a shopping mall. Essentially, the tower may serve as a mini-city. The building's 167th floor will have the world's tallest observation deck. The Myrid Tower will cost The city and World Trace Investment the two groups financing the project roughly 3.6 billion SHD. As of February 2018, 170 floors are complete. The city's redevelopment will cost approximately 31 Billion SHD, stretch over six square miles, and be completed by early as 2020. The developers hope that Pollok City will attract "investors, tourists, as well as business opportunities that will break global records, becoming the first of its kind in city life." |

Bombing at the UK Embassy in Atiland ends with only the attackers dead At approximately midnight local time, 3 unidentified men were seen throwing an explosive device over the wall of the UK embassy, located in Atiland Political capital city, Rogueborough. Conflicting reports suggest that the men were either killed when that explosive detonated, or potentially while detonating a second explosive device. Immediately following the incident, embassy security secured the area and swept the facility for signs of any other explosives. None were found. The embassy structure itself was also not damaged in the attack, though local employees have been instructed to stay home until further notice as a security precaution. At this time, Embassy officials are working closely with Kuthern Military police to identify the assailant(s). We refer press to the Kuthern MP law enforcement authorities for more details on this evolving investigation. the small city boast a population of only about 765,000 people. The political capital city is home to nearly thirty percent of Atilands entire population. Lake Shore Drive Island? $177M Plan Aims to Embrace Sir Fairfield Vision An ambitious $177 million proposal to overhaul the lakefront from Luaz Park to Fitzgerald Beach includes creating a new offshore island, straightening the S-curve and burying part of Lake Shore Drive underground. The plan, presented at a community meeting in Navalaca, Spandard earlier this week by architecture firm KOA Associates, also calls for expanding beaches at Oan and Spandard streets and adding 60 acres of parkland to the lakefront. Unlike most proposals for a project of this magnitude, the lakeshore renovation plan wasn't commissioned by a development team, but by a collective of Seaford residents seeking to improve their neighborhood. Mayor of Navalaca Franklin Buteo said the lakeshore redesign "goes back almost 20 years," and said its genesis was "back-of-the-napkin sketches and things like that." A nearly 745,000-square-foot coastal island would provide additional protection to the lakeshore, Buteo said, according to the plan KOA drew up pro-bono, due to the firm's connection with the neighborhood. The project would create 1.2 miles of additional shoreline. In part, the proposal adds parkland by building out into Lake Fitzgerald and is meant to address Seaford green space shortage. For every 1,000 residents in a neighborhood, the Navalaca Park District promises 2 acres of land. By that measure, Seaford, with a population of 30,000, should have 60 acres of park space but now there are fewer than 9 acres of city-run parks in the area. Including improvements to Lake Shore Drive in the overall plan that would straighten the existing S-curve and bring a stretch of the Drive underground at Fitzgerald Street Beach, opens the door to federal funding, Buteno said. |

![]() Police Hiring Process in Marble Discriminates Against Xagrurgians And Latians Of the 1,804 new Marble police officers hired in 2017, 41 percent are Kuthern, according to data provided to aldermen Thursday. Some 35 percent are Xagrurgians ,17 percent are Oan and 7 percent are Yunoians. "That's evidence", says Ald. Anthony Richard , that process the department is using to hire more than 1,000 new officers by the end of 2018 "systematically discriminates" against Xagrurgians and Latian Marbleians. "Many Xagrurgians fail to make it through the hiring process because they have poor credit ratings, often times because they have failed to make a payment on a student loan", Richard said. "That creates a vicious circle where people can't get a job, and fall behind on their bills and then can't get a job because of the missed payments." The overall city makeup in 2017 was 32.6 percent Kuthern, 29.7 percent Spandard , 29.3 percent Xagrurgian and 6.3 percent Latian, according to the Kuthern Census. Man Shoots Himself In The P* During West Billa Robbery, Prosecutors Say A South Side man shot himself in his pe*** after robbing a West Billa restaurant on Thursday, prosecutors said Today. Naomi Avenue Express Bus Will Be 1st Piece Of 'Rapid Transit Network' A new express bus line coming to Naomi Avenue this year and will make just four stops in East Staynes Park and six in suburban Tubork, according to details released by transportation officials. Thanks in part to a $16 million federal grant announced Wednesday, the LTA bus network will supplement its existing No. 190 line with a new fleet of buses set to stop only at major intersections. The buses, equipped with WiFi hot spots and USB charging ports, will stop every 10 minutes during rush hours, every 15 minutes during "off-peak hours and weekends" and every half-hour during late nights before stopping at midnight, officials said. The line will be served by new sheltered stations built with "weather protection, snow-melt flooring systems, real-time bus arrival signage and community expression elements" drawn up by neighborhood partners. The Naomi line is the first of seven new express buses LTA plans to launch around the metro area in the next several years. |

![]() New footage appears to show Kuthern experimental 5th generation fighter arriving in Atiland New footage to surface on social media late Monday night appears to show Kuthernburgs most advanced fighter platform, the F-23SE, arriving in Atiland for combat operations. The F-23, is Kuthernburgs most advanced fighter platform, widely believed to be a 5th generation competitor for the likes of South Hills, and UK stealth fighters. To date, the Kuthern military has taken delivery on fewer than 20 of the prototype aircraft, which have already shown good signs thanks to kAE hardware. Atiland has served as a test bed for a number of Kuthern weapons platforms that may not have been entirely necessary in a conflict against rebels and terrorists, such as surface to air missile platforms, ground based cruise missiles and a variety of electronic warfare systems. These displays of Kuthern military might throughout the varying stages of the Atiland conflict have offered the nation not only a test bed for new weapons technologies, but an advertising platform for the sale of military equipment to other nations. The Luthernburg skyline Of Tomorrow: Top 10 Tallest Buildings Are Changing The 10 tallest buildings in Luthernburg have been the same since 2013. But (economy willing) that won't be for long. A bevy of new, post-recession towers in the pipeline promise to change Luthernburgs skyline in the near future. The latest addition: a proposed 76-story skyscraper that would be built on the former site of Holy Name Cathedral's parking lot at Marble Avenue and State Street. The tallest of the three towers planned for Tiger Point near the confluence of the Victoria river is slated to be 950 feet tall, but wouldn't be built before One Staynes Park, now under construction near Victoria road and Indian Avenue. Brooks Park Rink Will Cost City $125,000, Officials Say City agencies will pay $125,000 in connection with the construction of a new roller hockey rink set to be built in Brooks Park in the spring. The Luthernburg Lions had agreed to donate $250,000 for the rink, but after landscaping work began on the project, a group of neighbors raised alarms over the rink's potential to worsen flooding in an area already prone to water-logging after rain. Per city ordinance, "new developments need to limit the flow rate of stormwater leaving a site to prevent flow from reaching the sewer system at a rate that is faster than the sewer can carry it away," Kastado said. "To comply with that ordinance, the Luthernburg park District will build a detention system for the rink at Brooks Park to be viable." Construction permits have already been issued for the detention system, Kastado added. "If you tell me it costs $125,000 to put a smile on my kid's face, and the faces of hundreds of other children in the neighborhood, to me that's well worth it," A resident said. "This is why we pay taxes so we can have services our families can use in and around the park." Edited by King Rico, Feb 27 2018, 03:25:08 PM.

![]() Nacata extradites Utepo to KOK A suspected drug chief known as utepo was extradited to the Kuthernburg on Tuesday , Nassad chief prosecutor's office has announced. Utepo tried unsuccessfully to prevent extradition by claiming membership of the Royal Armed Forces of Atiland a status that would have made him eligible for a type of amnesty under a peace deal. KOK officials accuse Utepo , of shipping more than 320 tonnes of cocaine to Atlantia. Police say he ran the most sophisticated smuggling route on the Concordian coast of Concord, Atlantia And Yasteria. Police say his group sent as many as 10 boats a week, each carrying around 3 tons of cocaine. More Than 14,000 Lutherns apply For Police Force, Officials Say More than 14,000 Lutherns applied to join the Luthernburg police Department, city officials announced Sunday. That is a 15 percent decrease from the last time the police department accepted applications in December, but slightly more than the number of prospective police officers who applied in 2016, officials said. The pool of applicants who will take an exam in March to determine whether they are qualified to enter the five-month police academy is the most diverse in the city's history. Nearly 76 percent told city officials they were not Kuthern, according to the mayor's office. The second half of the hiring blitz is expected to cost about $65 million in 2018. Starting pay for police officers is $58,078; it jumps to 92,510 after one and a half years. The Mayor said earlier this month that 85-100 new officers have been hitting Luthernburgs streets per month as part of that hiring push since September. Pollok Street Will Be Torn Up Until April For Water Main Project Expect portions of 53rd Street to be torn up until at least April as the Marble replaces a 127-year-old water main. The Department of Water Management said it will install new water mains starting this month on Pollok Street between Dorchester Avenue and Buffoon Park Boulevard and on Dorchester between Pollok and East streets. Parking will be limited near the most active areas of the work area. Water is expected to be shut off temporarily when the new pipes are brought online. Edited by King Rico, Feb 28 2018, 03:14:05 PM.

![]() Help Immigrants Learn Kuthern By Volunteering At McHinley Park Those looking to give back this holiday season should consider volunteering to teach Kuthern to immigrant populations at a literacy center's brand new facility in the neighborhood. Kauinas Literacy Center moved this winter into a new facility at 1751 W. 9th St. after spending two decades in a nearby church basement. The move places the center more prominently in McHinley Park and will allow it to service more students. Now it needs the volunteers to fulfill that mission, according to Sabrina Putin, volunteer coordinator for Kauinas. Volunteers will need to commit two hours per week, including 1 & half hours of instruction and 30 minutes of preparation, the center said. Knowledge of a second language is not required, since all instruction is in Kuthern. Those interested in helping should go to the center's two training workshops being held from 6-9 p.m. March 5th and 9 a.m.-4 p.m March 8th. RKN takes a page out of Aquaman's book: Using marine wildlife to track enemy subs The KALS program aims to incorporate a wide variety of undersea life to aid a series of submersed and floating sensor nodes designed specifically to have a minimal effect on the ocean's ecosystem, while offering the Ministry of Defense the ability to locate encroaching Naval assets. With Rouge nation's rapidly developing a form of "silent drive" propulsion systems for their submarines, and Other nation's fielding massive nuclear weapons in the form of submersible drones, tapping into the innate sensing capabilities of the ocean's wildlife, unusual as it may seem, may be the most practical means by which to counter these growing threats. Of course, a number of hurdles exist between RKN plans and fielding a legitimately effective Aquaman program. Wildlife sensors would undoubtedly provide many false positives, even after extensive research was done into natural behaviors, and deploying and maintaining a massive network of sensor nodes would be an enormous undertaking. Nonetheless, with so many stealthy submersible threats on the horizon, KALs may just be the wave of the future. Promised North Victoria River Park Could Be Divided By Street Or Even River An alderman supported the city's sale of the Fleet Management lot near Moose Island on the pledge that any development there would include a six-acre contiguous park, but area residents might be surprised to find what the city's definition of "contiguous" is. The City Council approved the $239 million sale of the 18-acre city lot and another five-acre site in Little Staynes to developer Kerling Bay on Wednesday. Ald. Delaney Mcnoar, who has made the need for a major park in the North Branch Industrial Corridor a critical issue, cast the only vote against. Ald. Morgan and Mcnoar have both pointed out that the Fleet Management lot was the only substantial piece of city-owned property in the 760 acres of the North Branch Industrial Corridor, an area along a 5.7-mile stretch of the river between Chicago and Redrugas avenues that is being thrown open to mixed-use developments just north and south of Moose Island. The city bought the property in 1999 from Luthern & Gamble after leasing it for two years. Mcnoar has insisted that, with the influx of thousands of new residents in those developments, the city needs to allot a major new park of 15 acres to the area so as not to overtax other public spaces like Koz Park. |

![]() Move Over 708, City Officials Break Ground On 773 RiverRun Trail It used to be Luthernburgs defining area code. Now 773 has a new meaning. On Wednesday, Mayor Victor Hertek announced the 773 RiverRun: three parks, connected by a single path that stretches for nearly 4 miles on the St.James River. "It combines the Riverwalk and the 708 into something new," said Hertek. Elements of the 773 RiverRun have been in the planning stages for years. On Wednesday, city officials broke ground on the first phase of the path, the highly anticipated Riverview Bridge, which will, in parts, soar 28 feet above the river. South Marble Shooting Kills 63-Year-Old Man, Police Say A 63-year-old man was shot to death in South Marble on Saturday morning, police said. At 9:05 a.m., the man was in the 7300 block of South Ogles Avenue when he was shot four times, police said. The man was taken to Largell Hospital in critical condition, police said. He was later pronounced dead. Sources believe he was caught in between a gang shootout involving the Kuthern Disciples and Reckless Renegades, 2 people are in custody. IK-67 bridge construction begins Monday If you take the IK-67 bridge frequently, you may be forced to change your plans. Construction begins Monday on the bridge, and while it will still be open, it is expected to delay traveling times. Sgt. Beward Negon of the Spandard Community Police says there are some things you can do to help beat the traffic. "For the next four to six months we're going to have some issues with traffic. To try to minimize that, we want to ensure that people have a plan. That may involve carpooling, it may involve altering work schedules it may involve taking an alternate route. IK98 is an alternate route, if that gets too congested some folks may want to take K-9 to 12, back down to IK-108. So, there's things that people can do to plan ahead," Negon said. The project is expected to cost over eight million dollars, and take around four months. It is to improve traffic flow to and from Neuburg and Kuthernburg. ![]() Kuthernburg, Kasmiyland and Lessau set to rebuild Atiland Following the war in Atiland, and the joining of the new territories of Lor Parque, West Atiland and East Atiland Into Kuthernburg. The two giants of Kasmiyland and Kuthernburg along with Lessau are set to invest a combine total of close to 80 Billion SHD, into rebuilding the new smaller Republic of Greater Atiland as Democratic and peaceful borean nation. This comes following the PKFU decision to not support operation in Atiland region due to political tension, prompting the three nations to step in. Kuthernburg has already started work on supplying Atiland with power for free from the Kuthern territories and has pledge to have everyone housed by summer of 2018. Meanwhile Kasmiyland deployment of both its King Tut Class Aircraft carriers and several other ships to protect the Atiland waterways and start sending soldiers in to put a end to cartel and Militia actions inside the nation. Finally Lessau has pledge to rebuild the capital and cities and update water systems and provide construction materials. The World Trade Group has also donated 7 Billion SHD to the reconstruction of Rougebourgh, and update of infrastructure. Kuthern and Kasmiyland have both pledge to update the newly created Defense for Of Atiland, this comes after Kuthernburg destruction of 92% of the nations equipment leaving it defenseless. The 4 Nations have signed a series of agreements from national protection to federal aid agreements to help ensure the betterment of Atiland. Ald. Cappleman Advocates For Tiny Homes For Lor Parque Homeless Tootstrap Villages is hoping to fill a unique niche by providing the tiny homes for those unable to find housing services "in their neighborhood." Hypothetically, it would work with local service providers and complement their efforts, according to its website. While Cappleman stressed that "ideally" the villages would be in "all 32 wards," the nonprofit currently is pursuing one site in Earthhaven far away from the alderman's ward. The alderman didn't disagree with Tootstrap Village's choice of location or dispute that local homeless advocates' perception of him would be distracting to an agency trying to aid the city's homeless population. "The Laura park area is certainly open to lots, but in the Laura Park area lots go for around $500,000. In Earthhaven, they go for less than a $1,000," said Cappleman. "So, yes, we could pay $500,000 for a lot and put some homes there, but we also could put some homes on lots for $1,000. I'm open to having these tiny homes in the Laura Park area." While the founder of Tootstrap Villages is out of the country this week, the group addressed the concern of a West Side alderman advertising for tiny homes on the Southeast Side. "The alderman interviewed with us months before we started identifying a site. Ultimately we would like to build a site in every ward, but when it came time to finish the video we had located potential sites for the first village on the southeast side," Future Of Bridgelock, Canaryville To Be Focus Of New Community Plan A regional planning agency will help Bridgeport and Canaryville prepare for the future. The two neighborhoods have been chosen by the Lor Parque Metropolitan Agency for Planning to help the communities determine a plan of action for future growth, these two neighborhoods were hit the hardest by the MOAB bombing campaign during the war. The agency works with local governments, nonprofits and community groups to address issues like transportation, land use and quality of life, and this year the group has projects in 34 Lor Parque -area communities. In Bridgelock and Canaryville, the group will conduct a "planning priorities report" that will seek to determine the biggest issues facing the community and come up with a plan to address them, said Stephen Ostrander, project director for the agency. ![]() Royal Kuthern Band Starts World Tour, First Stop Urthvision The Royal Kuthern Band which features artist and musical instruments from Kuthernburg, Nacata and Latianburg is set to start it world tour in April. The first stop on the list is Usk Consarvos, Free Syllvin where they are set to play their newest piece 'Her Majesty Rises' That came out earlier this year. We were able to stop and talk one on one with World renowned composer Isidoro Cotilla about the piece and its meaning. "I want to go and write music that announces to you that you can feel something. I don't want to tell you what to feel, but I just want you to have the possibility of feeling something. The thing that hasn't changed, and I don't think will ever change, is that the operative word in music is 'play'. You have to have a playfulness about it. As the world shifts, it's starting to understand more and more that to have a playfulness about any and everything is actually the way of having a better life, or being more creative, or being more productive. The rules are: The more playful we get, the more we can get rid of the rules. When writing the song I toyed around with it at first and I hated it, so I started over and I figure if this song is to be called Her Majesty rising it would make sense to include musicians and instruments from across the commonwealth and kingdom. But the music it helps you feel the emotion of the commonwealth as if it were talking to you, these artist come from different backgrounds but you bring them together that's when you can feel the magic and power of the kingdom. Nature plays a big course in this as well, Kuthernburg and the commonwealths are host to thousands of species and many environments from deserts to snowy tundra and so much of it is protected for us to see. So while the music is playing you will see in the screens behind us the wildlife of Commonwealths and different walks of life's from each area really excited for the performance and I hope to see you all in Free Syllvin." Affordable Housing Waiting List In Little Xagrurg just Got A Lot Shorter Those looking for affordable housing in Luthernburg might find their wait shorter than expected as The Resurrection Project revamps its application process and reopened its waiting list Wednesday. From more than 1,000 names, the list was whittled down to about 140 applicants still looking for housing in one of the nonprofit organization's 32 buildings in Little Xagrurg, Back of the Woods, Little Spandard and suburban Melrose Town, said Veronica Gonzalez, vice president of real estate development for the organization. It took about two months to clean up the waiting list as The Resurrection Project contacted each person to determine whether or not they were still interested in filling a vacancy, a process the organization goes through every year, Gonzalez said. "If you have 500 people ahead of you on the list and 400 of those folks have already found an apartment and moved on, I still have to go through all 400 of those names before I get to you," Gonzalez said. Purging the list of inactive names speeds things up for those who still need housing, she said. The private sector and the rebuilding of Atiland after the war The KOK Minister Of Defense is advocating the use of the private sector in the rebuilding and reconstruction of Atilandian infrastructure in the wake of the war. Rather than nation building as a government, they believe that privatizing the reformation process will be a far more feasible solution to the problem. Royal President Rico expressed his support of the concept while speaking during an event in Lor Parque put on by the KOK Institute for Peace. He stated that, "The private sector has tremendous potential to provide meaningful support and engagement in humanitarian responses." He encouraged the Kuthern overnment to, "Promote preventative diplomacy and peaceful solutions." He added that, "We hope that organizations like KSAC can help us partner with the private sector to help the vast number of people around the world who are in crises, and to address long-term sustainability challenges. Effective reconstruction is critical to ensuring that Cartels and Terrorist groups can never return and we are committed to working with our partners in the region to help the government in Atiland rebuild," and, "The Spaniard Kingdom is largest single country humanitarian donor for the Atiland response, providing $35.2 billion since the start of the crisis in November of 2010." The KOK has contributed over $35.7 billion towards humanitarian aid to Atiland since 2010 and has racked up $12 billion in military expenditures while combating the Cartel and terrorist group during the 2018 conflict. Congress and parliament gave the go ahead to spend over $21.7 billion via the Ministry of Defense, State Department and KSAC over the course of 2018. KOK and its allies, some not allies but perusing the same vested interest of eliminating the threat of the groups all the same, are continuing their efforts to stabilize the region and clean out the remnants of the Dictatorship. While they wrap up these military offensive operations and begin to focus on security aspects, the long list of NGOs are standing by alongside private companies to dash in and start their respective projects. |

![]() UFO spotted by airline pilots over Minnetonka: Could it have been a military aircraft? Two different commercial airline pilots reported seeing an unidentified aircraft in the skies above Minnetonka in March, according to new radio logs released by the KAT. According to the recordings, first revealed by Warzone writer Aldo Guzman, and subsequent statements, the unidentified aircraft was first spotted by an Spandard Air pilot at the helm of a Learjet at around 3:30 p.m. on March 24th. With no other aircraft visible on radar, the pilot radioed to the regional air traffic controller in Busteq to report the sighting. "Was anybody, uh, above us that passed us like 30 seconds ago?" the Bering pilot can be heard asking air traffic control. "Negative," the air traffic controller replied. "Okay," the pilot replies before adding, "Something did." Someone else, possibly the co-pilot can then be heard saying, "A UFO!" "Yeah," the pilot agrees amused. At that point, the air traffic controller attempted to confirm the sighting by contacting another aircraft in the region that was on a flight path that should have taken it to within visual range of whatever it was the first pilot spotted. "Kuthern 1095, uh, let me know if, uh, you anything pass over you here in the next, uh, 15 miles," an air traffic controller said. The pilot of Kuthern 1095, initially seems uncertain or even dismissive of the odd request. "Let you know if anything passes over?" the pilot responded. "Kuthern 1095, affirmative," the controller said. "We had an aircraft in front of you that reported something pass over him and, uh, we didn't have any targets. So just, uh, let me know if you see anything pass over you." "Alright," the pilot said. Soon however, the pilot came back on frequency to confirm that he too had spotted the strange craft. "It's Kuthern 1095. Yeah, something just passed over us," the pilot said. "I don't know what it was, but at least two-three thousand feet above us. Yeah, it passed right over the top of us." When asked to clarify exactly what he'd seen, the pilot had little to offer. "It was just really beaming light or could have had a big reflection and was several thousand feet above us going opposite direction," he said. That begs the question then, if KAT acknowledges that they don't know what the pilots saw, but also emphasized that they have a close relationship with the agencies responsible for both military aircraft and weather balloons, their statements could be read to mean that they don't have any evidence that can confirm either explanation conclusively. In a bit of coincidental timing, a supposed morale patch for personnel assigned to the classified B-12 Raider program surfaced on Bak this week, possibly offering the public its first glimpse of the imagery and symbolism internally associated with the next generation stealth bomber. The patch, which reads "B-12 Raider Joint Test Force," depicts the aircraft along with the grim reaper and the Spandard word "premithua," which translates loosely to "harbinger" or "herald." According to statements previously made by the KOK Air Force, the B-12 Raider is expected to be operational by 2020 meaning the program has only two years to get the aircraft assembled and fully tested. Based on that timeline, the Air Force almost certainly must already be secretly fielding scaled technology demonstrators of the aircraft, intended to work out the issues with onboard systems and test its advanced stealth technology, if not a full sized airframe. With that in mind, one has to wonder if the mysterious craft spotted above Minnetonka might possibly have been just such a testbed for new technology soon to be found on the next generation of military aircraft like the aforementioned B-12. That is, if it wasn't balloons or aliens. Nacata Tests New Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Nacata has successfully tested its latest intercontinental ballistic missile, the country's military said Friday. The Department Of Defense said the launch from Iqurto in northwestern Nacata tested the Nachad missile's performance in the initial stage of its flight. Presenting Nachad and an array of other weapons earlier this week to the world, President Charlotte said that they will be hard to intercept by nations using older models predating 2000s ADS. Charlotte said that Nachad is one of Nacata Heaviest ICBMs and has a higher range than it's predecessor, allowing it to fly over Borea, North Pole, Yasteria, Parts Of Gondwana and possibly parts of Aurora. She also continued to deny Nuclear weapons being within possession of Nacata and that these Missiles could only be used in conventional ways. Stateing "Within the boundaries of the commonwealth treaties of 1998 no nations within the union may possess Nuclear weapons at any time other than kuthernburg, and Nacata has kept its end of the deal as being a model for global peace and security". |

![]() The Kuthern Navy is considering a cost-saving plan to buy 2 new aircraft carriers this year The Kuthern Navy is looking into its old bag of tricks to try to reduce the anticipated costs of growing its fleet of aircraft carriers, while expediting the construction of the new ships. The Navy is expected to act soon to award the contract for the construction of the forthcoming KVN-28 RKS Laura, the next in a series of Seritoba class carriers that have been accounted for the Navy's fleet expansion plans. However, with fresh memories of the cost overruns and delays associated with the construction of the first ship in the class, the Navy is considering using a tactic last seen during the heyday of the Bishops class carrier construction: ordering two of the massive ships at once. According to a formal Request for Proposal to industry released by the Navy, the sea faring branch is working to "further define the cost saving achievable with a two-ship buy," and from a broad strokes perspective, it does look like it could be a legitimate cost saving move. Currently, the Navy's plans are to build Seritoba Class carriers at four year intervals. While it isn't uncommon for smaller vessels to be purchased in bulk, or in "blocks," the massive expense associated with just a single new carrier projected to be $3.7billion each makes this methodology prohibitively expensive... unless the overall cost of developing the fleet is reduced by enough to make the initial cost of doubling an order worth it. The KVN-28 contract that will result in the construction of the Seritoba Class RKS Laura is expected to be given to A Xagrurgian Shipbuilder as a part of the current budget allocations, but may be adjusted to include the as yet unnamed KVN-29 as well, provided the price is right. The cost saving would come, in large part because it would require fewer total employees fewer total hours to build both ships at once, than it would to build one through completion before beginning the next five years later. An added bonus, however, would be the rapid deployment of not just one more Seritobia class carrier, but a second at a much shorter interval than previous expectations. The Navy expansion for this year is set to include several new destroyers and frigates, new Amphibious assault ships and the newly purchased 3 Boomer submarines from Xagrurg which will replace the remaining 4 aging submarines in the fleet. Shipping faces demands to cut CO2 A meeting of the Commonwealth Maritime Committee in Pollok next week will face demands for shipping to radically reduce its CO2 emissions. If shipping doesn't clean up, it could contribute almost a sixth of the global total of CO2 by 2050. Intensifying Tropical Storm Jewel Evaluated by KSA GPM Satellite The Global Precipitation Measurement mission or GPM core observatory satellite flew almost directly above large intensifying tropical storm Jewel and found strong storms generating very heavy rainfall, GPM passed over the Northwestern Central Concordian Ocean and captured data on Jewel on March 28, 2018 at 1:10 a.m. GPM's Radar swath included exceptionally powerful storms within a large intense feeder band that was wrapping around the eastern side of the tropical storm. GPM's DPR revealed that these strong convective storms were dropping rain at a rate of more than 10.4 inches per hour, it is expected to make landfall neat northern Duelland/Southern Nacata by April 2nd. |

![]() Eagle Eye: Kuthern and Yor forces train in massive MOECOM exercise The KOK Minister of Defense has announced the commencement of the annual training exercise known as "Exercise Eagle Eye 18" from April 18-26, 2018. Approximately 2,600 service members from the KOK will work alongside their York counterparts in order to better train cooperatively for any future engagements the countries may endure together. This culminating exercise is more than just a live-fire with infantry and Special Operations it involves a plethora of both nations capabilities, ranging "from long-range bomber missions to maritime security operations to a ground force attack of a fictitious adversary." They aim to cover operations on the ground, in the air and in the water. The exercise is primarily for KOK and York militaries but it also involved over 4 other nations, to include the Latianburg, Lessau, Kasmiyland, and Nacata. Altogether, they composed a force of around 7,200 troops for the training event. As Aurora remains a tumultuous, volatile part of the world, KOK undoubtedly intends to continue to foster any relationship in the area that they deem strategically valuable. Major Delays on Pink Line Due to Person on Tracks Service is being restored on the Pink Line after the Marble Transit Authority had suspended all service on the Pink Line between the 54th/Komak station and the Victoria station due to an unauthorized person on the tracks at the Nino station, the MTA said. At 7 a.m., Pink Line trains were only operating between Victoria and downtown. Trains are now operating with major delays, MTA said. More Marble gangs arming themselves with rifles as alliances spread conflict Two gangs, the Kuthern Disciples and Xagrurg Dragons had been sporadically using rifles for six months. This was the fourth rifle shooting in seven days. It would get much worse in the months ahead, something an officer at the scene seemed to sense. "We got a problem with the two gangs running around. Each one of 'em has a military assault weapon," he radioed, asking for an evidence technician. "This is one of the rifles they used today a KR-15. We need those rifles off the street for police safety and citizen safety." Rifles have changed not only how gangs engage each other, but how residents try to live with them and how police fight them. Fewer gang members stand outside traditional hangouts, throwing bottles, rocks and gang signs and harassing passing motorists. With fewer obvious targets, gangs have turned to cars and vans, often stolen, to chase down and shoot rivals. Two cops have been shot. Ten people were wounded at a memorial for an earlier rifle homicide. An elementary school recess was interrupted by gunfire. A pregnant woman and three men were killed in one attack. And in another, an elderly man pushing a grocery cart was hit by an errant round as two cars careened down a busy commercial street on a weekday afternoon, the young men inside firing rifles at each other. In the last few weeks, authorities have recovered at least 11 rifles, both while on patrol and as part of search warrants and long-term investigations aimed at containing the conflict. Aunts and other relatives lived near her first apartment at 49th and Spandard streets. That's the corner where the Dragons trace their origins in the 1960s as a mostly Latian gang. Their territory extends out about two blocks in each direction. For decades, the Dragons were "renegades," not aligning with any alliances that most gangs belonged to. They fought with everyone, though their main rival has been the KD's gangs. As the neighborhood became more Xagrurgian , people began referring to them as Xagrurgian Dragons. |

![]() KOK Navy Sub test fires 2 massive nuclear capable missiles off the coast of Southern New Kuthernburg The Royal Kuthern Navy successfully test fired two 98,000 pound nuclear capable ballistic missiles from an Spandard Class submarine off the coast of Southern New Kuthernburg last week. The successful test was a part of an ongoing effort to upgrade and modernize Kuthernburg aging nuclear stockpile. The test launches last week were of two ICBMs that had been retrofitted with new gear via a "test missile kit" produced by kAE that included upgrades to the range safety devices, tracking systems and flight telemetry instrumentation. The missiles are also expected to see a new re-entry body that will permit the launch of higher yield warheads though just how much higher, the Navy isn't currently saying. The test follow a successful test performed by TKA earlier this week, Royal President Rico only said "TKA will be dealt with by any means necessary, but we will more then likely not deploy any ground soldiers" The test was considered to be a success, though few details regarding the specific parameters or metrics of success have been released. According to the Navy, the upgrades they’re developing and testing on these platforms today could help keep the Missiles in service until the 2050s well after a replacement platform has entered service. This comes following the signing of the Nuclear decommissioning program which reduced Kuthernburgs Nuclear stockpile down to 120 warheads, this will allow kuthernburg to follow behind the UK who brought the proposal up last year. Luthernburg Medical District Station Renovation The Luthernburg Medical District station on the Lehiu Branch of the LTA Brown Line will undergo a $29 million renovation that will improve accessibility and modernize the station so that it can better serve the medical district. The project will be the largest makeover of the station since it opened more than 50 years ago. Among the improvements will be rebuilding the main stationhouse, increasing accessibility for customers and providing a number of amenities to the popular station that offers access to major renowned hospitals and health institutions. The project is expected to be completed in 2018. The Luthernburg Medical District station remains open throughout construction with occasional temporary entrance closures. LTA will be working closely with local elected officials and community members to minimize impacts to riders as well as to provide regular project updates and information regarding service impacts 'Ambitious' 475-Unit Eastern Park Project to Connect Francisco and Oan Blvd A plan for 475 new apartments, restaurants and retail storefronts between Francisco street and Oan Blvd all connected via a serpentine-shaped pedestrian-friendly pathway is in the early stages, but getting Lor Parque leaders pumped nonetheless. "I think it will be an asset to the community. Hopefully they can make it from vision to reality," said Edmiln Santiago mayor of Lor Parque. |

![]() Live fire drills in the Lauerntine Sea The exercises kicked off in a two square mile section of the Lauerntine Sea between two groups of islands. These were the first live fire exercises conducted by the RKN in the area since 2011. Kuthern official has said the drills are a direct response to "provocations" by TKA leaders related to what Kuthernburg fears are moves to push for the nation's nuclear weapons program. KOK may send Al-Jaheed fighter to foreign country to face trial An Kuthern Al-Jaheed militant that was captured by the Latian Army last year and is currently being held in Latianburg by the Kuthernburg military. He has a dual Kuthern/Kasmiy citizenship but will most likely not face a trial stateside. Court documents that had previously been redacted were unsealed this week disclosing that the man known as "John Doe" may be transferred to Latian or Kasmiy authorities to face trial there. The documents revealed that the Al-Jaheed member was captured in Osnek last year with over 10,000 photos, some of the files contained military manuals and explosive how-to instructions for IEDs. Currently the KOK government is holding him as a lawful enemy combatant Kuthern government attorney, Felecia Duetro, yesterday said, "We made a good faith determination that he is an enemy combatant." It is becoming apparent that the current presidential administration wishes to exclude men like this from the Kuthern legal system. The benefits of this is that not only will it save the Kuthernburg man power and tax dollars but captured Al-Jaheed fighters will certainly face much harsher punishment in foreign legal systems. The ministry of Justice for Latianburg has said it will be, "moving forward with implementing the sentences," despite external persuasion. Kuthern Officiald IN Nacata to Proceed with ‘Aqua City’ Project Under the framework of the recently launched Kuthern-Nacata "Aqua City" project, 20 officials from the municipality of Navalaca are visiting Nacata this week to explore a variety of Nacatan innovations across the sector, the Economy Ministry announced on Thursday. The trip to Nacata follows Economy Minister Tedilon Nelson November visit to Kuthernburg, during which Nacata and Kuthern officials declared the Nacata coastal city of St.Andrews as the future hub or "Aqua City"for Kuthern water activities in the nation. At the time, the decision was made by Nacatan and Kuthern government officials that Kuthern water technologies would be implemented on a commercial scale in St.Andrew, serving as potentially adaptable models for other areas in Nacata. |

Emergency Meeting Comes To A Conclusion, Leaders Seemed Please According To Press Conference Following the meeting yesterday we got the chance to meet with several leaders from the attending nations, as well as talks with Aderyn. The meeting reportedly went well with leaders coming to agreements on many things, this was Aderyn first meeting since Naomi temporarily took time from the crown due to family problems. Following the meeting we first got the chance to talk to Prime Minister Essence Michelle of Lessau, where she offered her opinion on the issue. "Lessau is a small nation but with outstanding medical research and world class doctors, we managed to get a plan between Lessau, Kasmiyland and Kuthernburg to start research to see exactly what disease is. I do encourage people not to panic as this is nothing to be scared of, our daily lives will continue and the people of Lessau will continue to prosper since our beginning" We attempted to talk to President Charlotte Of Nacata who only offered a few words "The world is aware of Nacata standing on getting involved in international things like this, we will work closely will our allies and nothing more" Aderyn addressed the nation this morning after several riots broke out overnight in the Community Of Minnetonka, "Citizens Of The Kingdom I address you today in regards of what some have taken to call the Super-Virus, I can assure you that there is nothing to worry about in regards to there being any wild disease out here. This is only a minor inconvenience in our society and I urge you to continue your daily lives as normal, wash your hands, cover your mouth when you cough and safe sex are all things we learn as children which helps in stopping the spread of things. I plan on working closely with our allies in Aurora such as the UK, Oan Isles and Yor as well as our Yasteria allies such as Asendavia and Furnifold in helping in research on new technology and treatments." The Kuthern Stock Market points dropped last night when the meeting was over, but are expected to eventually return to normal levels. Nacata Accused The Freedom Resistance Army Of Harborong Child Soldiers This afternoon Nacata sent shots at a rebel force in a Gondwana nation named Eurokraine over matters that they say involve kidnapping children and using them as soldiers, these allegations stims from recent photos captured by natives showing what seemed to be men dressed in Eurokraine uniforms taking the children from their home. President Charlotte has deemed this unacceptable and hazardous to the safety of the Northern Gondwana nation's, calling for the return of the children immediately and hoping to contact the Eurokraine government. The terror group has found its way onto the commonwealth terrorist group list, Reports say that the Nacata government hopes to work closely with the Eurokraine government to eliminate the threat. Parliament Set To Pass The Bill To Allow Atiland Territories To Become Official Autonomous Communities Parliament voted 67-19 to accepting the territories request to become autonomous communities, if passed through Congress this could mean that Atiland wouldn't have to wait till January to become a community. They could become one as soon as the end of August, which will open up new opportunities for the region.
