  • Eastrovia - Embassy Row
    Leasing: EM$5,000-15,000/mo | Buying: EM$100,000-2 Million ($1,000/mo EOA)

  • Prometheusburg - International Drive
    Leasing: EM$7,000-20,000/mo | Buying: EM$200,000-5 Million (1,000/mo EOA)

  • Libertyburg - Friendship Boulevard
    Leasing: EM$1,000-5,000/mo | Buying: EM$50,000-1 Million (1,000/mo EOA)

  • Cities not Listed (except for Dutch Gap) are available for Consulates. Buildings are not provided for sale, leasing is not available to have Consulate Status. Security can be provided for EM$3 Million/yr.

Security is provided by the Embassy Security Agency (YYY) and each embassy has representation on the Embassy Owners Association. Embassy Row, International Drive and Friendship Boulevard features various shops, dining and entertainment venues from across The East Pacific in a limited access environment for added security.

Visa Programs

  • 7-30 Day Waiver for High-Income Economies (VWP7-90)
  • Asylum to National (A2NV) - Must Become a East Malaysian National to avoid deportation.
  • Education 4-8 Years (EV4-8) - Must Live Live in and Contribute to East Malaysian Society for 5 Years or 5 Years in Prison.
  • Entertainment (ECV)
  • Extended Travel 15-90 Days (ETV15-90)
  • Journalist (JV)
  • Marriage 1 Year (MV1) - Must become an East Malaysian National to avoid deportation.
  • Special Arrangement (SAV)
  • Work 90 Day-5 Years (WV90-5) - Must hold a degree or certified in certain trades; can become East Malaysian Nationals with 5 Year Program at no cost.
