Okay, I think something like this should be put here. While I know some of the stuff I'm asking about, a clear answer will allow people to better understand The East Pacific's judicial progress, as well as how to get a Judicial Position, etc. If the following questions are answered, I think that will allow this better understanding.

Questions:

How does one become a judge? Are they ellected or appointed
Recommended by Delegate, Apointed by the Senate

What powers does a judge have?
final say in legal arguments and stuff brought before it much the same as a US supreme court justice.

How is an evil judge removed?
Removed by Senate,

How does the judicial process work?
bring grivences before judges they hear it and discuss way to solve problem, they state their answer and it is done.

Who prosecutes and defends people in such a court of law?
no one really yet, it is on a nation by nation "do it yourself" status right now, hopefully we will have a better laid out system of arguerers latter

Are there any other positions, besides judge, that need to be filled?
Spys,

Who are our current judges, prosecutors, and other judicial personell?
none yet, as the forum is still developing.

How does one report a crime?
for the time beign via the Inwardly angled hostilities forum for inter regional grievences, and the International relations for extra regional grievences, just be sure to tag it with a sub topic so we can see what it is.
hope these answer your questions.

i found this nice information in the judicial reception hall
