Alright, this is important, though I didn't have the time to protest it, I do now.

I'm sure you know that the Senate has passed a law which practially removes the the judicial branch from the whole endorsement swapping thing. I guess they didn't like the fact that most were found innocent, because, let's face it, most of them did it out of plain ignorance and didn't intend an overthrow. So now anyone with 150 endorsements gets kicked, no trial. We've been completely removed from the equation.

I'm going to talk to Loop about this, but first I need to know that I have the support of you guys.

there really is no clear rules for the judicial system, and maybe we should create some for the future judges, so things like this dont happen in the future

Actually, they can. The way it works is similar to the American government. The parallel to what happened is like the Massachusetts Supreme Court ruling that gay marriages must be allowed because not allowing them is unconstitutional. But then the legislature tried to pass a constitutional amendment saying marriage can only be heretosexual, overruling it, though of course in this case the amendment didn't make it.

Actually, we CAN do something about the law in our case, because by denying the right to trial it's clearly unconstitutional. But no one has challenged it yet.

I talked to Loop yesterday and he agreed, and told me he would try to get the law changed through the Senate. Let's sit tight and see what happens.
