Dr. Dirgenshreightzein stood before the gaggle off the scientist of the SSEP in the small oratorical hall. A holo-projector on the ceiling could be heard humming to life as the room lights began to dim. All the scientists, as well as the two non-organic- Well, more like both the non-organic and partially organic members of the alliance. Each was a brilliant being, and each knew what was at hand. After removing his glasses to clean them and placing them back on his face, he stood up as illumination began to appear from the center of the room from a blue light thst appeared above the table from the projector. He then cleared his throat and began to greet the group. “Greetings, fellow scientists of the SSEP. Today, we are here to propose the creation of a research plan for the cleanup efforts in Wachovia and Trioni. I have now taken the time to put together a presentation of the damage. Constantine, proceed.” He took to his seat as the room suddenly went black, and then, a figure of a man in his latter years appeared above the group positioned in the center o the table. He had half-moon spectacles, and hair that was as silvery as snow, though the top of his head was hairless. He had a beard that would remind them of a certain Santa Claus, if they remembered back to childhood drawings and Christmas cards. His eyes were a snowy gray, and he wore a coffee brown robe that appeared to be from the medieval ages. He was Constantine, an AI quite possibly on par with that of Codex, perhaps even surpassing him. His voice spoke to them, his accent British and his teeth clean of any filth. One could easily mistake him as otherworldly, almost. “Greetings to all in attendance today. I am Constantine, your temporary guide into this presentation. Just so you know, I am quite aware that you are watching me, and I can communicate with you, so don’t be afraid to ask me a question. Now let us get down to business. As you are aware, the recent rash of conflicts here in the East Pacific has left the nations of Trioni and Wachovia in a poisoned and dangerously weakened state of suffering. Already, malady ratings have climbed drastically, and [satellite images of massive fungi colonies developing on the land are shown massive fungi colonies have begun to develop across both nations. The reasons for this is due to the sheer destruction, decay, and radiation poisoning caused due to the last two major armed conflicts in the region. [Imagery of ruined settlements, dead bodies scattered across the land, and video and images of nuclear explosions and assaults from both wars, and radiation readings from satellites are shown in groups of sequences as he says this.] Unless we act now, we will have not only a regional crisis on our shoulders, but a worldwide crisis spanning into various ecological, environmental, atmospheric, oceanic, and geographical sectors which are so numerous that I care not to mention all of them. We must begin a clean up and begin making a plan to help these areas recover as much as possible. Any questions?” Constantine then looked around the room at everyone present except Dr. Dirgenshreightzein, waiting to see if they had any inquiries. |

Govindian White House Presidential Science Adviser Dr. Andrew Wallace spoke up. "All right, so we know what the devastation is to both Trioni and Wachovia, but were any other nations affected as well. After all, " he said as looked at the Packilvanian representative, "nuclear warheads were launched back and forth between Packilvania and nearby nations involved. Also, what aid will be needed to be sent, aside from monetary aid?" |

"Uh, wouldn't that go against progress in giving aid, if warlords are going to fight over what we give out? Or do you suggest sending in military troops to protect the aid workers and make sure the warlords don't [Fark] with us?" |

"The latter is precisely what I sugggest, for both the protection of aid personel and civilians caught up in the middle of this siuvation. Threy shouldn't have to suffer from the whims of power-hungry men." The good doctor replied as a warm grin crossed his wrinkly, aged face. |

"Well, " Dr. Wallace replied,"how safe is it for any workers down there? What level of radiation protection will the workers and military personnel need? We need to assess that before we send both troops and civilian personnel to help out down there." |
