Welcome to the New Kurogasan IntraRegional Relations Application and Information Center. This center shall keep an updated listing of all Kurogasan intraregional relations at all times. Nations wishing to establish alliances of any kind may apply for such alliances here, as well as via normal diplomatic channels. Please note that this is a service of the Kurogasa Department of International Affairs, and is a right, not a privelege. Part One: Definition of Terms Section One: Officiality of Government in Question Diplomatic Acknowledgement: The Department of International Affairs' lesser formal classification, this status applies to groups whose existance cannot be denied, yet whos existance Kurogasa either cannot (for technical reasons) or will not (for ethical/political reasons) officially recognize. Often, this is used in situations involving rebel forces, and puppet governments. It is also very rarely used in cases where governments discontinue or are unable to act as true governors. Diplomatic Recognition: The Department of International Affairs' greater formal classification, this status is awarded to those groups formally recognized as governments by Kurogasa. Most nations should hope to have this classification. Section Two: General Relations Between Kurogasa and Nation in Question Peace Treaty: Indicates that a state of peace exists between Kurogasa and the nation in question. Cease Fire Agreement: Indicates that a state of war exists between Kurogasa and the nation in question, but that hostilities have been temporarily ceased. Declaration of War: Indicates that a state of war exists between Kurogasa and the nation in question. Section 3: Embassy Programs Single Embassy Hosting: Indicates that the nation in question has established an embassy or consulate in Kurogasa, but not vice-versa. Multiple Embassy Hosting: Indicates that the nation in question has established embassies or consulates in Kurogasa, but not vice-versa. Single Embassy Placement: Indicates that Kurogasa has established an embassy or consulate in this nation or region, but that the nation or region has not established an embassy or consulate in Kurogasa. Multiple Embassy Placement: Indicates that Kurogasa has established embassies or consulates in this nation or region, but that the nation or region has not returned the favor. Single Embassy Swap: Indicates that Kurogasa has established an embassy or consulate in this nation, and allowed this nation to establish an embassy or consulate in return. Multiple Embassy Swap: Indicates that Kurogasa has established embassies or consulates in this nation, and allowed this nation to establish embassies or consulates in return. Section 4: Embassy Types Unnoficial Kurogasa Government Establishment 5 Total Staff 3 Diplomatic Persons (1 Administrator, 2 Staff Members) 2 Marines (2 Regular Infantry) Usually placed in a storefront with 1 provided unnoficial embassy vehicle. I don't want to conquer the world, I want the people to put me as their leader for themselves (or I will have to conquer it, anyways it will be mine soon). "What is a rebel? A man who says no" -Albert Camus- "The greatest joy a man can know is to conquer his enemies and drive them before him. To ride their horses and take away their possessions. To see the faces of those who were dear to them bedewed with tears, and to clasp their wives and daughters in his arms." -Genghis Khan- | |

OK, I'm doing this now because I don't know when I will go to visit my family or when I will be back. I will be around until then but after that I will not have Internet around and I don't want to forget doing this. I will edit it (and put my name instead of FPS's) when I have time, feel free to ask. |

I guess we'd like what you've given to FPS. Our embassy will be a Class 3 Embassy, because we like having the military presence :D. More information can be found in my post in response to yours in my intra-regional relations thread. |

Now that the other plot is mine I can make it official. The second biggest city of Kurogasa is Karakorum, that's where the embassies will be. |
