Todays Headline from New BLCTV News. Full stories available on www.newblctvnews.bl (Articles also available in English, Dannistrian and Dovakhanese) Suicide gas girl affect dozens of residents. A teenager has committed suicide by mixing common household cleaners, releasing fumes that made dozens of people sick, the NBLPF said. About 100 people in Jiangnan, west Liu Xu province, have fled their homes after smelling the toxic hydrogen sulphide the 14 year old girl had made. Since the fall of both Nationalist and Chenite regimes, the availability of the internet has sky rocketed in Bai Lung over the course of 9 months. This has came at a serious cost as there have been a spate of similar suicides since details of the technique were posted on the internet. Despite the fall of the Chenite regime, Bai Lung has one of the highest suicide rates in the world. At least 2 million people have killed themselves annually since 2000, according to national statistics. The unidentified girl in Jiangnan city left a note on the bathroom door of her family's flat saying "poison gas being produced". About 90 neighbours went to hospital feeling ill, including the girl's mother, who was out of the flat during the suicide but later returned. Most people complained of sore throats but none was severely ill. NBLPF said the teenager mixed detergent with a liquid cleanser to make hydrogen sulphide. The gas is colourless but produces a rotten egg like smell and is highly toxic, which can lead to brain damage and or suffocation. In small doses, it leave people with sore throats, nausea and irritated eyes. Acting interim admin Richard Im has set a goal of cutting the country's high suicide rate, through counselling programmes and blocking websites that condone suicide. Marcel Chen wins BL$3 million in compensation after suing BLCTV News for libel informations. Controversial film director Marcel Chen has won a lawsuit against BLCTV News and was awarded BL$3 million in compensation. The lawsuit amid a controversy regarding Marcel Chen's ventures to Kelssek where he allegedly head butted a patron at a bar in Neorvins. Mr Chen was arrested and charged for the incident but BLCTV News gave a false report explicitly explaining that Mr Chen was to be re-tried at Kelssek after the government felt the previous sentence was too lenient. Last month, Mr Chen announced that he would be suing BLCTV News for defamation. Speaking at the Pyongjing court, Mr Chen said that he was 100% satisfied with the amount of money he received.
During his speech, a man threw pink coloured flour at Mr Chen and calling him "a f&g hag", referring to his openly gay attitude. The man also tried to knife Mr Chen but was taken away by police. |

Todays Headline from New BLCTV News. Full stories available on www.newblctvnews.bl (Articles also available in English, Dannistrian and Dovakhanese) BREAKING NEWS: Train crash kills dozens of people. ![]() At least 70 people have been killed and 400 more injured, the majority of them seriously, after a collision between two passsenger train crash in Central-North Bai Lung. A train travelling from Pyongjing to the popular summer resort of Chen Tai Soon derailed and hit the other, which was going from Po Li to New Incheon. Nine coaches of New Incheon-bound train toppled into a ditch after the crash, outside Zibo city in Tien Shan province. Just hours after the crash happened, an inquiry concluded it was caused by human error. Two senior railway officials have been sacked and arrested for their role in the crash. They are expected to be charged with gross negligence. ![]() The incident is the worst in the country since 2000, when 195 people were killed when two trains collided in south Dokwai province. Today's crash happened on 0443 EPT at a bend in the tracks in the suburbs of Zibo metropolitan area, about 23 miles north east of Pyongjing. Both are the passenger trains are likely to have been operating at high speed at the time of the collision, railway workers said. It remains unclear what cause the 1st train to derail and its carriages to topple into a ditch while the 2nd train was also derailed, but remained upright. ![]() Witnesses said many passengers climbed out of the wreckage and wrapped themselves in blankets from the sleeper cars to protect against the early morning chill. At least 70 of the 400 injured are in a critical condition. 2 Dannistrian nationals are also amongst the injured with bone fractures. The country has a reputation for its poor safety record in rail transport since Stalinist rule, with an average of 30 major train crashes per year. The Secretary of Transportation Wang Joon-Jin, has vowed to improve the safety standards for rail travel and to severely punish any railway official abide to the proposed safety standards. Nanren and Kashgar spiritual leaders appeal for calm and demand talks with Richard Im. The 14th Dahniar Laahm (Pictured above) and Tentsin Farabhazi (Pictured below), the spiritual leaders for the Nanrens and Kashgars respectively, have called for an end to the on going ethnic rioting between them and Bai Lungese which has left several thousands dead and millions worth of damages caused. Speaking in Coocoobad, Coocoostan, the Dahniar Laahm spoke out against acting interim admin Richard Im's aggressive policing measures to crack down on the riots, arresting Nanrens in particular. He also accused Mr Im for letting the riot continue and only releasing the police after the carnage is seemingly coming to an end and went as far as to call the incident 'cultural genocide'.
The Dahniar Laahm has ruled out the possibility of gaining independence from the Bai Lung administration but instead proposal a compromise of allowing greater levels of autonomy and for the interim administration to relinquish at least 33% of Mao island to the Nanrens. Although he did not set a deadline for these proposals, he has called for the move to give the Nanrens greater autonomy "sooner rather than later". ![]() Kashgar spiritual leader Tentsin Farabhazi, has further condemned Mr Im by accusing him of promoting a Holocaust of the 21st century. He has called for an end to Bai Lungese occupation of the mainland territories.
Mr Im has made a number of counter criticisms to both parties who have accused him for his heavy handed role in the riots. He sharply criticised the Nanrens for their role in March's riots as well as the Dahniar Laahm's reluctance to make public appearances. He criticised Mr Farabhazi's reluctance to talk to the captors of Wang Dae Ming who was beheaded days after his capture and for allegedly advocating violence against the Bai Lunge people as a whole. Over a week ago, the NBLPF has found stacks of explosives and weapons in the Kashgar monasteries and has arrested 52 suspects.
Mr Im however, is willing to hold peaceful talks with the two parties, although not in person due to a number of commitments. This is seen as a personal snub by the two spiritual leaders. Mr Farabhazi in particular, has accused Mr Im of employing cowardly tactics to avoid speaking to the Kashgar leader, face to face.
Rival interim admin candidate Stephen T. Ding accused Mr Im of shying away from a perfect opportunity to restore race relations between the two ethnic minorities.
In related news, Xinjiang mayor Bai Myong Mun has escaped an assassination attempt after radical Kashgar insurgents fired shots at the podium where Mr Bai gave a speech to coincide with the liberation of Bai Lung a year ago. Bodyguards took the 72 year old to his bulletproof limousine where he was taken back to his hotel. He is reported to have been mildly shaken from the incident but suffered no injuries. However, 2 people were shot in the legs but not fatally. Both men have been taken to hospital shortly. The NBLPF have arrested 3 Kashgar men for their alleged role in their failed assassination of Mr Bai. |

Todays Headline from New BLCTV News. Full stories available on www.newblctvnews.bl (Articles also available in English, Dannistrian and Dovakhanese) Richard Im criticises Kashgar spiritual leader's "New age holocaust" comment. Im calls for apology or "I will call for military action". ![]() Acting Interim Admin Richard Im (Pictured above) has called for military action upon Kashgar spiritual leader Tentsin Farabhazi's over allegedly inflammatory and racist comments he gave in a Kashgari language news channel. Last week, Mr Farabhazi gave an interview on Kashgar run News channel Trad about Mr Im's alleged mistreatment of the Kashgars. Giving his views on the recent racial riots around the same the Dahniar Laahm gave his comments on the rioting, Mr Farabhazi likened the killing of his people to the holocaust. Speaking at the National Bai Lung Democracy Memorial Hall, Mr Im gave his own reply and by his own admission, failed to noticed the holocaust comment at first.
Mr Im accused Mr Farabhazi of implying that he is likened to being Hitler because of his new age holocaust comment.
On Mr Farabhazi's comments on independence, Im explained the only way to get it if they become the ruling government under his reforms to introduce a parliamentary system.
Mr Im has called for Mr Farabhazi to apologise for the comments.
Since the fall of the Chenite regime, the interim admin cabinet has been relying on importing military equipment from various countries, in particular Dannistaan. Shortly learning of this ultimatum, Mr Farabhazi himself claims that he will not withdraw the comments, calling Mr Im's alleged authoritarian behaviour, further justifying his cause for independence.
Despite not calling for the Dahniar Laahm to apologise for his cultural genocide comment, Mr Farabhazi called Mr Im "double standard" for not threatening military action against the Nanren spiritual leader.
The Dahniar Laahm's spokeman also spoke out against Mr Im's aggressive actions and defending Mr Farabhazi's comments.
Public reaction to Mr Im's comments is met with huge enthusiasm, a rarity when it comes to political issues. According to a local newspaper, of those who took part in a poll, 93% agreed with Mr Im's comments while 65% are calling for immediate military action against the Kashgars. BLCTV apologises to viewers for wrong name of Chiba Seto attackers. BLCTV Corporation would like to apologise to viewers for wrongly identifying the names of the attackers who assaulted former interim admin Chiba Seto at Burnaby International Airport in March. BLCTV claimed that the attackers are Zhou Hua San, Zhou Hua Jin, Zhou Min Tao, Wu Bin Lung and Shi Lai Song. The correct names respectively are Jin Ai Wook, Jin Jia Tao, Jin Ho Bing, Chen Ryong Bao and Jin In Guo, who died in police custody. |

Tentsin Farabhazi (Pictured above) 63, was leaving Shimonya Nyasof's local shop were he encountered a man, allegedly demanding money from the Kashgar spiritual leader. When he talked to the man, he became instantly agitated and stabbed the 63 year old once and stole his wallet and some of his jewelry. The knife was left in his chest.
Mr Farabhazi was taken to a nearby apartment housing several ethnic Kashgar residents. The NBLPF arrived to the scene and called for an ambulance to pick up Mr Farabhazi but after a few minutes of opposition, he was taken to a nearby hospital where he is in a critical but stable condition. Prison guards also found writing in his cell in Chinese. It reportedly read "F*** You" as a possible defiance against the Kelssekian laws. Richard Im expressed his regret to the Kelssekian government, insisting that the trial will continue as long as the remaining 3 is still alive.
Many Bai Lungese living in Kelssek have accused Conservative leader Joshua Anger for allegedly covering up the suicide of Jin Ai Wook after previous attempts to cover up the death of Jin In Guo. A strong 5,000 gathered outside the parliament in Neorvins and waved placards like "Dismantle the death camp", "Gautain and Anger, step down" and "End the torture of Bai Lungese prisoners". Todays Headline from New BLCTV News. Full stories available on www.newblctvnews.bl (Articles also available in English, Dannistrian and Dovakhanese) Voting count underway: Richard Im tipped to win. ![]() With polling stations closed at 2200 EPT Monday, volunteers are still counting the millions of marked papers to determine who will be the 4th elected interim admin of Bai Lung. Turnout is said to be one of the highest in recent memory with an estimated 72% voter turnout, second only to the election in June last year when Kim Ki Moon faced rival Yao Mao. The turnout at the time was 76%. As the result are slowly trickling in, acting interim admin Richard Im is tipped to be the winner in the latest contest to be the 4th interim admin, excluding all acting predecessors. Various newspapers have given Mr Im a huge margin over his rival Stephen T. Ding with averages of 70-95% in favour of Mr Im. Some political commentators have claimed that Mr Im's strong stance against the ethnic Kashgars and Nanren is a major factor behind Mr Im's victory. His statement to put military action against the two groups is met with near universal praise, particularly conservatives. Officials are uncertain as to when the results will be announced but they claim no later than Friday. Stephen T. Ding: I could win interim admin election. ![]() Interim admin candidate Stephen T. Ding (Pictured above) remains convinced that he could win the next interim admin election, despite newspapers hinting Richard Im as the clear victor. Speaking to BLCTV News exclusively, he reminded the people that they should take what the newspapers say with a pinch of salt.
A spokesman for Mr Im simply replied that Mr Ding serves no interest for the general public other than to grab power. Kashgar spiritual leader recovering from mugging. ![]() The Kashgar spiritual leader Tentsin Farabhazi (Pictured above) has shown improvements in his overall condition despite being fatally stabbed in the lung by an unidentified man, two days ago. The 63 year old will no longer be monitored under intense care after surgeons successfully removed the serrated knife from Mr Farabhazi's chest and stitched his wounds. Despite the miraculous recovery, doctors say the Kashgar spiritual leader has to wear an artificial lung for the rest of his life due to the punctured right lung which was caused by the attack. Police has arrested a man matching the description made by a witness. They will have 72 hours to question him and charge him or release him. |

Todays Headline from New BLCTV News. Full stories available on www.newblctvnews.bl (Articles also available in English, Dannistrian and Dovakhanese) Richard Im becomes 4th elected admin in landslide election. ![]() After several months of setbacks, primarily consisting of finding a replacement interim admin after the prosecution of Kobayashi Taro over a rape of a young woman last year and acting interim admin after another retiring or sacked by colleagues, former councilman and ex-Secretary of the Interior Richard Im (Pictured above) has been chosen as the next interim of Bai Lung by the public. Mr Im is the 4th elected interim admin in the country, after Wang Bin, Kim Ki Moon and Kobayashi Taro and is the 1st interim admin allegedly not to have Korean roots, something met with considerable criticism from hard core conservatives but his speech on the Kashgars has won the respects of hard line conservatives. He is also the first Roman Catholic leader in Bai Lung, a religion yet to be heard of. Turnout is one of the highest in history at 70%, 15 points above the requirement to elect their leader. Some newspapers mistakenly gave the turnout as high as 98%. After over 72 hours of vote counting and an incident in Sing Ren involving a man armed with a knife and gun threatening staff, causing delays in vote counting, the official results have been released on 0003 EPT by declaring Mr Im as the victor of this election by an overwhelming majority. Mr Im won 92% of the vote while his rival candidate Stephen T. Ding only got 7%. The remaining 1% were abstentions or spoilt votes. Mr Im gave his victory speech at the National Bai Lung Democracy hall by offering solace to his rival, hinting that he may offer the 48 year old lawyer a position in his cabinet. He also announces his intention to run a referendum whether the public should favour a parliamentary style government within weeks after his election.
Under Mr Im's proposals, people can vote for their 299 constituencies and they will be representing most of Bai Lung except in the southern parts of Mao island, were the Dovakhan government is currently under administration of. Of the 299, 243 is elected by first past the post while the remaining 56 is elected via proportional representation. Mr Im also stated he will form a party named Bai Lung Labour Party and he will dissolve the cabinet after the referendum is passed. Like with the interim admin election, 55% turnout is required to successfully pass any referendum. The results: Richard Im - 92% (1,296,885,660) Stephen T. Ding - 7% (98,676,082) Spoiled votes - 1% (14,096,585) Turnout (2.1 billion eligible voters) - 70% (1,409,658,327) Stephen T. Ding: I demand a recount. ![]() Interim admin candidate, Stephen T. Ding (Pictured above) has not conceded to defeat, despite losing the vote by a huge majority, and has called for the votes to be re-counted with the help of the high court. Mr Ding did not congratulate Richard Im for his victory, but instead, sharply accused him of being a fraudster.
When told he would get a job from Mr Im, Mr Ding turned down the offer and announced he will form the National Identity Party, which he claims is a party with socially conservative but economically liberal ideology as well as resigning as junior of the treasury. Mr Im denies any allegations of vote rigging, insisting that votes are casted by those of the public and in no way did he play a part in the alleged vote tampering. Mr Im has accused Mr Ding repeatedly of scare mongering and scoring cheap political points. He also criticised Mr Ding of employing back-stabbing tactics.
Under the current constitution, it is possible for any politician to demand a re-count shortly after an election has been held. If successful, an election may be re-held within 3 weeks after the recall. Kashgar spiritual leader wins vote. Kashgar spiritual leader Tentsin Farabhazi defeated rivals Hunzhatzmu Tokamoraliv and Okshana Sardiyaev in the leadership contest. Held on the same day as the interim admin election, Mr Farabhazi took 67% of the votes while Tokamoraliv and Sardiyaev won 21% and 12% respectively. The turnout is consistently high in the Kashgar election with a reported 91% voter turnout. The lowest turnout was in 2004 when 77% voted. Despite the attempted murder, Mr Farabhazi managed to speak to relatives since the attack and is said to be highly pleased with the results. As Mr Farabhazi already served a term already, he will be barred from serving a third term. Richard Im has refused to recognise the election as a legitimate one, calling it a 'publicity stunt for false hope'. Since the 10 day ultimatum has passed coupled with the fatal stabbing of Mr Farabhazi, Mr Im has ordered police to arrest him when he recovers fully. |

Todays Headline from New BLCTV News. Full stories available on www.newblctvnews.bl (Articles also available in English, Dannistrian and Dovakhanese) NBLPF arrest 9 suspects conspiring to assassinate interim admin. 9 suspects were arrested in a suburb in northern Xinjiang, Bai Lung mainland in suspicion of plotting to assassinate newly elected interim admin Richard Im. NBLPF conducted door-to-door raids in homes suspected to contain some of Bai Lung's most dangerous terrorists during early hours of this morning. Police have reminded citizens in neighbouring areas not to panic over the noise. All 9 of the suspects are of Kashgar origin although police are looking for Bai Lungese collaborators as well. In a house in Beichuan street which 3 of the 9 suspects appear to be residing, police have feared for the worst when they found several files on a laptop containing plans to assassinate interim admin Richard Im. One of several methods was to hijack a plane en route to Pyongjing and crash it into the presidential office building and thereby kill the 50 year old in the process. Other methods include rigging explosives on Mr Im's private plane and detonating it in mid flight. In the highly successful raids, police have seized dozens of empty bottles. a laptop containing the aformentioned files of the assassination plots, several copper wires, 5 gallons of hydrochloric acid, 20 kg of fertilisers, 3 plastic casings, 6 scimitars, 3 Bischkeck religious texts; with several pages cut out presumably to place the plastic casings inside of the books, and an empty duffel bag. Mr Im has condemned the plotting of his assassination of him by the Kashgar suspects. He has released a brief statement, congratulating the police for their strenuous efforts to combat the emerging terrorism in the country, as well as appealing to the public to report any suspicious activities to the police ASAP. Kashgar spiritual leader discharged from hospital. ![]() The controversial, radical Kashgar spiritual leader Tentsin Farabhazi has been released from hospital following a near fatal stabbing last month. Doctors are satisfied that Mr Farabhazi's health has improved significantly over the course of 4 weeks. Within a week after the stabbing, Mr Farabhazi was no longer in need of a mechanical ventilator. On May 20th, a man was charged for assault when he was seen turning off Mr Farabhazi's ventilator, followed by attempting to strangulate him. Ma Shin Ae was charged with assault but has no links with Mr Farabhazi's stabbing last month. Mr Ma later hanged himself while in police custody on June 2nd. Reporters and thousands of Mr Farabhazi's supporters gathered outside the Deng Oh hospital. Mr Farabhazi waved at the crowd but did not speak as he made his way to his limo. Doctors warned him that he is to avoid strenuous exercising as his artificial lung is not designed to withstand overtly aggressive activities. Interim Admin will bring forward 2 important referenda. Interim Admin Richard Im has made plans to put two referenda which could be seen a landmark for democracy in Bai Lung. Last month, Mr Im promised that if elected, he would put a parliamentary style government, replacing the current interim admin cabinet. The radical shake-up in the government is a response to the lack of progress in democracy as well as the on-going clashes between the Bai Lungese and Kashgar and Nanren groups. The other proposal made by Mr Im is to replace the current constitution instigated by late former dictator Chen Jong Sun with an all new version reflecting the democracy in the country. Currently, all laws are decided by a team of 30 politicians. Judiciary system is extremely limited in power and as a result of this, any laws passed in the country will potentially collide with parts of the constitution, most notably the right to free speech. It is likely that Mr Im will hold the referenda sometime in mid to late July. |

The stabbing spree witnessed in Pyongjing is not the first to happen and will not be the last. In January, a 22 year old man armed with two switch blades attacked several people in a crowded shopping street in Pyongjing's Pǐnchuang district. 3 people died in the attack. The Qiūyčyuán attack occurred on the same date that a man with a history of mental illness went a primary school in 2001, stabbing children at random. He was subsequently executed by ISB. Interim admin Richard Im has condemned the killing spree perpetuated by Mr Jiā. He vows to put tougher measures against those who commit acts of random murder.

Todays Headline from New BLCTV News. Full stories available on www.newblctvnews.bl (Articles also available in English, Dannistrian and Dovakhanese) BREAKING NEWS: Kashgar man runs down three people with bulldozer. ![]() A Kashgar man has driven a bulldozer into a bus and several cars in the mainland capital of Xinjiang, killing 3 people and injuring dozens of people, before being shot dead. An undercover police officer shot the driver of the bulldozer dead after a brief struggle in the vehicle's cab. Police have said the attacker, aged 35, was from East Xinjiang, with no known links to Kashgar militant groups. They named him as Bozynskiantcia Kosharamanarov*, and said officers had been gathering evidence at his address in the Gong Bai neighbourhood. NBLPF said the attacker was working for a construction firm laying the foundations for a new railway system. According to several eye witness reports, the bulldozer, which was heading towards the city's largest open-air market on Jia Fa road, upended a bus and ran over several cars. The driver, was also heard shouting 'Anabar Bishu' or 'Bischkek is great' in Kashgari.
A security guard from a nearby bank told BLCTV News shot at the driver, bringing the bulldozer to a halt briefly but continued started down the road again. At one point, our correspondent saw two or three men inside the vehicle's cabin, struggling with the driver and causing the cabin to shake violently. One of the men, an undercover policeman who arrived at the scene described how he dealt with the attacker.
![]() Police have confirmed the incident at the mainland capital are a series of deadly attacks made by the Kashgars intending to disrupt relations between Bai Lungese and ethnic Kashgars. All of the dead victims are of Bai Lungese origin. Reactions to the deadly attack have been polarised amongst the two groups. Interim Admin Richard Im has called the incident a terrorist attack, and condemned it as "an act of random, senseless brutal violence". He has called for the tension between Bai Lungese and Kashgar to stop 'swiftly and without incident' by attempting to initiate talks with key Kashgar politicians. By contrast, controversial Kashgar spiritual leader Tentsin Farabhazi has praised Mr Kosharamanarov for his brave efforts, comparing him to a hero. However, he did not explicitly condone today's massacre as a justified act within the Kashgar communities. Mr Farabhazi, who is widely believed to have links with terrorist group Democratic Kashgar Choice but denies any links with group although claims to be serving as an "intermediary" for the group, has debunked rumours regarding Mr Kosharamanarov's links with any militant group.
Mr Farabhazi has been critical of the police who shot dead Mr. Kosharamanarov at point blank range.
An investigation is currently underway in the wake of the incident. OOC Notes: *Bozynskiantcia Kosharamanarov is pronounced as Bosh-shin-skee-ant-cha Kohr-sh-ara-man-ar-of |

Mr Ling, who is also head of Customs and Excise Department, was facing under intense pressure to recover the lost discs promptly or to resign unequivocally. Mr Ling has stated that he does not wish to tarnish the cabinet's image by having a direct correlation between his role as depute interim admin and as head of CaED. His resignation comes almost exactly 1 month after the historic Bai Lung Government Act 2008 and Bai Lung constitution Act 2008 were passed.
Mr Ling did not give a specified date when his resignation would take effect, adding that the ruling Bai Lung Labor Party would hold an internal election to choose his successor. By comparison, Richard Im had an approval rating of 61% after the scandal. ![]() An early contender for the job is controversial Secretary General of the Bai Lung Labor Party Suzuki Nozomu (Pictured above). Mr Suzuki who is half-Japanese, half-Bai Lungese, is noted for his conservative views. He has advocated a tougher stance towards the Kashgar-Bai Lungese crisis in the mainland, rejects laws to only permit leaders with Chinese names only as well as rejecting laws to allow women to assume the position of interim admin. He accused neo-conservative politician Stephen T. Ding of being "a liberal". He is also well known for giving controversial statements, many of which are seen as racist and hypocritical. In 2007, he delivered his highly provocative "one race" nation speech. He described Bai Lung as having "one nation, one civilisation, one language, one culture and one race. There is no other nation like ours who have such a characteristic!" His statement was met with polarised results. Some expressed appreciation for his sayings while others called him a hypocrite, being of Japanese extraction and for being ignorant, having forgotten Korean as the other official language. He allegedly used the N-word when talking about the link between black aid workers (primarily Dannistrians) and the rising crime in Bai Lung at a news conference. He denies using the slur. Mr Suzuki is seen as a charismatic figure who is known to love reading manga. |

Clinching the role by a very slim majority within his own party, Mr Suzuki is the 2nd Roman Catholic to assume a high position, after Richard Im and is the 2nd depute interim of Japanese ancestry after Kurosawa Aya. Mr Suzuki succeeds Ling Wei after resigning in the wake of a controversy over the theft of 2 computer discs owned by Customs and Excise containing data relating to pension records. Mr Suzuki, 67, is noted for his blunt speaking style and highly controversial political positions, such as banning women from taking high position jobs and declaring that Bai Lung is a 'one race nation' despite being part Japanese himself. His racially charged statements is likened to that of American chess player Bobby Fischer by some. Mr Suzuki has stated that he intends to right the wrongs made by predecessor Ling Wei by finding the people who took the computer discs containing pension records.
He also announces a much tougher stance against the Kashgar problems in the mainland territories. Mr Suzuki went as far as to call the Kashgar people as a 'non-indigenous race'.
In related news, many people rioted in the streets after the announcement of Mr Suzuki's appointment as depute interim admin, burning flags of Japan and looting Japanese themed businesses. Many waved placards saying 'The J@ps are controlling the media' and 'WW3 is nigh'. Bai Lungese politicians of Japanese ancestry are generally hugely unpopular by the public regardless of their political positions. |

By afternoon, the move to oust President Im from power has resulted in a crushing defeat with a score of 322-175 voting against the motion of no confidence. 2 MPs have abstained from the vote. As President Im prepared to speak, deputy opposition leader Ban Hee-Guo (Pictured above, centre) snatched the written results and shoved it in her mouth. Labour MPs failed to get her to cough it up by pulling her hair. She shortly spat the results out, tore it up and shouted out "I DEMAND A RE-COUNT!!!". Labour MPs responded by attacking their Conservative rivals, exchanging punches, spitting, and climbing on top of each other's shoulders. Ms Ban in particular, was head-butted by her Labour rival, leaving her with a scar on her right face. Neither President Im nor Opposition leader Ding were involved nor injured in the incident. ![]() It is the first time which such violence has occurred in the debating chamber. President Im has stated shortly after the brawl that he will appoint a moderator into the Lower House as a method to prevent such incidents in the future and to curb filibustering as in the case of Mr Ding's daily attempts to oust Preisdent Im from power. Im is also re-considering increasing the threshold of the number of MPs required to pass such motions. Stephen T. Ding has told BLCTV News that President Im had orchestrated the brawl in an attempt to discredit and undermine his party.
President Im denies any moves to destabilise the Conservative party. |
