Former Delegate
At approximately 0640 UTC, Saturday, May 19, 2007, the nation Peeps Father World was ejected and banned from the region for having an endorsement count of 78, endorsement-swapping, and seeking to overthrow the lawful Delegate either in first-person or by conspiracy. The nation's ban will not be rescinded after 48 hours, as the Government intends to prosecute. The prosecution will specify charges within 24 hours as it reviews evidence and prepares for trial.

At this time, the Chief Barrister should begin looking for a Barrister to take the case of the defendant.

Excellent. Dezz, does your client wish to offer a defense at this time?

He does not at this time Your Honor. He is still "mulling over his options". He is considering accepting his ban and moving on.

As is his choice. Please continue to keep in touch with him until he makes a decision, that the court might be kept up to date.

EDIT: Should the defendant decide not to pursue legal recourse, would the State be willing to set an expiration date for the ban, as opposed to banning indefinitely?

No, your honour; the Government intends to maintain the ban for life.

I'm afraid the only response I can think of is: "Gee willikers."

Be sure to inform your client of such, defense counselor.
