Ok I need help, there was a movie in the late 80's or early to mid 90's where the main characters some how get thrown out of sync with time. and when they do they see all these people in blue jumpsuits who come out and start messing with stuff they are at a car crash and the people start smashing the car, and stuff around so that in normal time it is damaged. What is this movie! |

I distinctly remember this one scene, the main characters, I want to say Ed Beagly is in it, they see a car wreck about to happen and time stops and these people in blue jumpsuits come out and start doing all the stuff the wreck would cause. |
