Castelade's election thread

I know what you're thinking- "Who the heck is this guy?" Well, you might previousely know me as the Federal Republic of Juthra. I served as magister late last year (and also F7 Secretary of State). Some personal problems distracted me. I felt that I could start over, so I deleted Juathra's WA membership and submitted Castelade's. I want people to recognize this and also, knowing that I can't have more than 1 TEP citizenship, I would like for citizenship to be transferred to Castelade. I want to be a very commited political figure. I want to win, but if no one supports, me, it'll be ok. I would like to thank you all for your time,
The Kingdom of Castelade

Castelade,

I already explained this to you. The nomination of Castelade was DENIED 4 days ago. Not by Viceroy, by the rules under which elections for Delegate are conducted.

Concordat states, "A Citizen of the East Pacific is a resident of the East Pacific that has ratified this Concordat." According to our records Juthra is a citizen. Not Castelade.

Concordat states, "The Delegate of the East Pacific shall be a Citizen elected for a term of six months by a vote of the Citizens of the East Pacific." Nations that are not citizens may not be Delegate, therefore they may not be candidates. I posted the list of citizens who may vote, which includes Juthra, 5 days ago.

We have an election in The East Pacific every other month. This is public knowledge. As a former Magister, you of all citizens ought to know how we roll and had ample to time to change your citizenship back to Juthra from Castelade before the election.

I told you there was ample time to switch the WA status of Castelade back to Juthra and run as Delegate. I already encouraged you to do that - in this forum 4 days ago and by TG over the weekend. Why you refuse to take advantage of the rules and instead plead for an exception to them, I have no clue. Viceroy doesn't have the discretion to ignore Concordat.

The security of the region and integrity of the election require that the citizenship list be accurate in accordance with Concordat. Castelade never ratified Concordat and was never naturalized. This matter was closed 4 days ago. This thread is now closed. Run Juthra or don't run.
