Alright. So, about a month ago, I proposed a reform to the secondary endorsement cap law, because the current law is not particularly straightforward. However, my bill got shot down, and the main argument against it seemed to be a general argument against the Second Endorsement Cap. With that said, keeping the current law is not at all acceptable, in my opinion. So, let's make a decision, here. Do we repeal the secondary endorsement cap? Or do we amend it to make it legally clear? What does everyone think? |

Should I take the WFE notice for requesting the secondary cap down? Also Reziel was previously cleared to breach the primary cap to the secondary. I put the secondary at 100 although i might change it to 90. Please communicate with me on this matter, I don't want to be left in the dark, because I thought it was passed and done with. Also am I not supposed to be signing these bills you have passed? I am pretty sure the concordat requires me to do that and I know it gives me veto power.. No more hasty passing of bills. I can't be on to check all the time as I am sure you know having an RL yourself. On second thought.. I re-read the concordat and it doesn't say anything particularly about me having to sign or give said bill a blessing. But it does give me veto power, therefore I am confused. |

I'd say go further and reduce secondary cap to 75. There's no significance behind that number btw. |

The question at hand here isn't whether to change the secondary endorsement cap -- its whether to have a secondary endorsement cap at all. Allegheny, the Delegate need not sign a bill, but he does hold veto power. A Concordat amendment ought to be passed to clarify that process -- its not very clear right now. As for your other question, well, no bills have been passed since you took office. So, no concerns. |

Ok then, I will keep up the information about the secondary cap on the WFE until you make a new ruling on it. Thanks for the clarification. |
