Alright. I'd like to propose three reforms to the Standing Orders. 1. Removal of text stricken at the order of the Conclave (essentially housekeeping). 2. Providing for the failure of legislation with equal support and opposition (again, housekeeping). 3. Providing for voting on an act or motion to end when 3/4 of Magisters have voted, so as to reduce the ability of inactivity to prevent the passage of legislation. Before I write the amendment, though, I want to get everyone's thoughts. |

I'm not sure the third point is needed, unless it is strictly a definition of quorum. It might even be illegal if not properly worded (meaning votes after 3/4 being thrown out as invalid or not needed). |
