# \[A-2023-25\] SoM Amendment - Voting Documentation

Magister Sammy23 has proposed an [Amendment to Section IV of the Standing Orders of the Magisterium regarding Voting Documentation](https://forum.theeastpacific.com/t/proposal-amendment-to-the-standing-orders-of-the-magisterium-section-iv-voting-documentation/16795) on Saturday, April 15, 2023 9:45 PM UTC.

This Bill was motioned to vote on Sunday, April 23, 2023 8:15 PM UTC, and was seconded by Deputy Provost Dremaur on Sunday, April 23, 2023 8:35 PM UTC.

Pursuant to the Standing Orders of the Magisterium, this proposal needs a standard majority of voting Magisters to pass. In addition, the quorum of 50% must be upheld.

Voting period of 168 hours (1 week) occurs between the following time period 2023-04-24T01:45:00Z→2023-05-01T01:45:00Z

Choices for voting:  
Vote **AYE** or **FOR** if you are in favor of the proposal.  
Vote **NAY** or **AGAINST** if you are against the proposal.  
Vote **PRESENT** or **ABSTAIN** if you cannot make a decision in good conscience.
