# \[A-2025-09\] Amendment to the Endorsement Cap Act

Grand Vizier @Dremaur [proposed an Amendment to the Endorsement Cap Act](https://forum.theeastpacific.com/t/amendment-endorsement-cap-act/18703). This was motioned by Magister @Virgolia and seconded by Magister @theclockworkvixen.

> …3.3. The current Qualified Endorsement Caps are as follows:  
> …3.3.1. The “Qualified Endorsement Cap” shall set the cap for nations endorsing the Delegate at **250**  **300** endorsements.

INFORMATION

This Amendment to the Endorsement Cap Act needs a majority of voting Magisters and a 50% quorum to pass.

IMPORTANT

This vote will occur between the following period:  
2025-01-30T16:55:00Z→2025-02-06T16:55:00Z

Choices for voting:  
Vote AYE or FOR if you are in favor.  
Vote NAY or AGAINST if you are against.  
Vote PRESENT or ABSTAIN if you cannot make a decision.
