ORDER OF THE GOLDEN OCELOTPANTHER MOON** > > …4.1. “The Order of the Golden OcelotPanther Moon” shall be the highest honor in the region, and shall be reserved for those nations who have had a long lasting impact upon the region as a result of extraordinary service above and beyond what is expected of their positions. > > …4.2. The Magisterium may award an individual with the Order of the Golden OcelotPanther Moon through a majority vote. > > …4.3. If members of the Order of the Golden OcelotPanther Moon perform additional deeds which are deemed worthy of the Order, the Magisterium may amend their Order. > > …4.4. The Magisterium shall not grant the Order of the Golden OcelotPanther Moon for deeds which fall solely under the category of a single Executive Honor. > > …4.5.
