Naomi awaited the incoming guest and delegates at their arrival to floor 130, all she could think about was that 5 more floors was the observation deck and 10 more was the roof, to make matters worse a large cloud layer was forming just under floor 130 blocking the view out the windows. She quickly thought about something else and greeted everyone , Floor 130 was one of a kind, two streams both with several biomes and fauna were built, one showed what happens when they properly take care of the waterways and remove human obstacles vs the other one with dams that do not have fish ladders and other things to keep the stream flowing and free. The structure wrapped around the entire floor into a little pool that sends the water back to the start, several bridges were built across them to access the conference area.

The Auroran rivalries does pose a massive obstacle to Xagrurgs rehabilitation into a regional power.
