Halley, your points are generally good, but I disagree on one things. I dont agree with the idea that we should wait X montjs for the next election to remove a problematic Minister [or applying the concept more broadly, Delegate]. Ive always found that idea to be a bad one because it allows malfunctioning officiald to continue service for no real reason. The Delegate can survive loosing a Minister; the region shouldnt have to deal with such an extreme loose cannon (because lets be honest, if youre getting removed from office in TEP, you screwed up big time - we didnt even remove Fedele) for the rest of the term for the sake of decreasing legislative interference in the Executive.
