# Amendments to Citizenship Act and Public Official Disclosure Act

Due to failure to attract a majority vote for the votes motioned by this Proposal, this Proposal has been defeated.

As a result:

1. This cannot be motioned back to a vote for the remainder of the Magisterium Session [§3.11.2 Standing Orders of the Magisterium](https://forum.theeastpacific.com/t/standing-orders-of-the-magisterium/16205), which ends July 1, 2026.
2. As the section of the SOM that requires discussion topics to be closed after a vote has passed does not apply, this topic will remain open for further discussion [§3.9.1](https://forum.theeastpacific.com/t/standing-orders-of-the-magisterium/16205).
