Remember, you should be a peace-loving and free country. You must be prepared to commit military forces quickly, as well. Look over the Charter of EPTO and the organizational structure of the group. If you accept the articles in the Charter and are prepared to vote on matters of war and peacekeeping, please join!

The Democratic Republic of Runsfield is a U.N. nation with an elected government & a free-market economy. We have ratified the East Pacific Charter and wish to participate further in the region as a member nation of the EPTO / EAF.

Runsfield is a small nation which, until recently, was unconcerned with International Affairs. We are still recovering from a recent coup which resulted in the nation being declared a ‘kingdom’.
There have been a number of threats to our security which have beat-down the will of the people but the democratically elected governernment is once again in control.
In the months to follow, we will establish several new policies which will serve to globalize our economy and enhance our political connectedness with other nations in the region.
We respect the position of the EPTO/EAF administration concerning Runsfield’s application for membership and will seek admission at a future time.
Given the fact that the reason for the applicant’s rejection has since expired, I hereby withdraw the rejection, and grant EPTO membership to Runsfield, provided there be no recurrence of the aforementioned reason (which is still not going to be disclosed).

I, Marshal Xabier Andoni Quintana, as representative of the Executive Members of the Salvadorian Junta of Drinnon, formally states our request to join the East Pacific Treaty Organization.
We are a nation of 2.926 billion, desiring better relations with our fellow East Pacificans. We are a stable nation, benefiting from our relationship to the other Salvadorian nations (those being the Salvadorian Delegate of Chodean Kal and the Salvadorian Union of Dalimbar), however my fellow Executive Members and I feel the need for increasing our independence and improving our standing within this region.
