NOTICE FROM THE CITIZENSHIP OFFICE
Hemogard is found to be in violation of Citizenship Act, Section III Naturalization, Clause 5, which states:
Upon becoming a Citizen, a Resident is required to maintain continuous residency and World Assembly status with the Citizen nation they stated their application (“recorded Citizen nation”).
In the continuous absence of World Assembly status on their citizenship nation, Hemogard has forfeited their citizenship within The East Pacific and has thereby forfeited all positions conveyed unto them requiring of citizenship status, including membership in the Magisterium, Citizenship Office, and Eastern Pacific Police Service. All Executive appointments remain intact subject to the Delegate’s discretion.
As a quick aside, can the Citizenship Roster be updated with the citizens that were confirmed by ernestdrake but not added to the roster?

A couple of very due updates:
- Added Heletica, Carl Nielsen, West Strangeland and Waterfall State to the roster.
- Removed Hemogard.
- Didn’t add Kolya since he lost citizenship after his nation was DOSed.
- I await updates on EPSA statuses, will confirm ASAP.
To those who seeked clarifications for this eventuality, I must apologise. In the very short span of 6 days (9th-15th December) when all of these citizenships were processed, Hemogard was removed and I wasn’t available to update all of the above due to being in the process of moving out IRL. In the future, I’ll make sure to find alternatives in the case I’m unable to update the roster. Thank you for your understanding.
