Strictly speaking, the entire forum except for Tep Forum | 404 - Link Expired Tep Forum | 404 - Link Expired Tep Forum | 404 - Link Expired is Out Of Character; people are expected to post their actual opinions and personalities instead of some contrived alternate identity. The forum marked Out Of Character Discussion is specifically for discussion of what goes on in the aforementioned three In Character forums. Anything pertaining to regions, NS mechanics, regional government and real life goings-on should go elsewhere.
