May I ask the Arbiters seeking reconfirmation what is the hold-up on my JR submitted on April 20th and opened over a month later on May 24th, with an end date scheduled for under 3 days from now CORRECTION: JUNE 9th; not July 9th?
It was something that feel through the cracks and we hadnāt picked it quite back up. We are seeking to get it done asap, but some of us also werenāt 100% sure we would even have a full enough Conclave with how the vote was going.
My JR was the only outstanding thing on the docket for a while, and, in my opinion, should be a fairly cut-and-dry ruling (Zuk and I have already provided ample reasoning and interpretation to assist the court). I was concerned by the pace of the trial, where at least we had no formal deadlines, and I remain concerned by the pace of subsequent process. If something comes up that requires a timely reaction, will the Conclave be able to organize itself for this? Who are we waiting for? Will this behavior change?
Itās up to the Viceroy to represent the Conclave as a whole, and thereās a lot to say about our processes, but I gave my draft opinion on this particular application in chambers the very same day it was officially opened.
For processes, yes we are reviewing and seeing what we can do to make things better.
We also still have Atrocha still in the Arbiter group and our very own Drem is not in the Arbiter group at this time. So we are down one Arbiter in discussions for the moment until this rectified (I cannot add Drem to the Arbiter group)
If something requires a timely response, yes we would be able to organize ourselves to get it done because we have done it before.
