Here is what I want: A blue background, with an outline of Southern Illinois (try to find a map, should be a strigh line across east-west from where St. Louis is and down). The size of the outline should ALMOST be the HEIGHTH of the flag. The inside of Southern Illinois should be green with light gray trim. And stright across (left-right) written in SCRIPT should be Southern Illinois (In Black).

Can you make ‘Southern Illinois’ bigger and go from almost touching the far left end of the flag to almost touching the far right end of the flag?
