We as a nation will gladly accept our requested Cultural Exchange and Embassy. As mentioned earlier, it will be built within Civilmagna.
On the other hand, we will also agree to construct one, if not, two military bases within the legal confines of the USM. We do not wish, however, to build our own bases within your nations. Contacting my superior, Mister Leader II, I have found that he would prefer a base to be set up outside the perimeter of the Mexregionan city of Archopolis, located in the newly-formed Parish of Archia. It shall be easily found on a global map, as it is quite a large settlement. Then again, the exact coordinates for the base are yet to be decided, but we can guarantee a portion of the beaches for harbor.
It is a great honor to be offered this base, and our friendship will surely prosper under its construction.

I realized that I did not satisfactorily define what the extradition agreement would entail in my previous correspondence, and would like to remedy that. At its essentials, it would permit our two nations to officially request for the other nation to capture and return criminals that have taken up residence or are being harbored in that nation. Though refusal to do so would be an option in such an incident, it would most likely be considered a diplomatic insult by the nation which initially made the request.
