Quite happy with this. I don’t want a rich-poor divide of 1 as I think a small class difference should be achievable. However, often these differences are based on the wrong factors and also just as often the divide is far too large. Anywhere between one point something (not exactly sure, but let’s say 1.5) and 3 would be fine.  Yeah, I like where I am at.
