Hi, my name is Hector; I come from the House of Five Leaves. I am currently working on a large cultural project that may or may not concern your region (your choice) and would like to tentatively open discussion on the matter. You may have already received a telegram about the event as I sent telegrams out to the WA Delegates of the 120 largest regions. At the moment, my telegram system is defunct, so I’m making the rounds to continue being able to keep in contact with these regions.
Welcome Hector, just some advice, I’d watch this thread closely, because TEP wants to conduct some official business with you guys, or so I’ve heard.

Let it be noted, however, that I am not the official representative of the House of Five Leaves. I am to an extent; as far as pursuing the cultural event. Anything else should be directed to the appropriate person.
