Prague
Prague is a big city on the coast in the north Adumara. It’s generally busy, but quiet. They were surprised to see planes from Yuno attacking. The anti aircraft system took effect. Fighter jets tried to get into dog fights with them then interceptors would pick them off one at a time.
Some missiles did strike. One missile hit a bridge. The deck collapsed onto a roadway beneath it, blocking a major high way and crushing several trucks and cars. Another missile knocked a crane in the port onto a cargo ship. The ship and all its cargo were on fire. Another missile hit the bell tower of an old church. The bell melted and the tower collapsed into the square in front of it. There 100 civilian casualties and 80 injuries. The damage totalled 12 million dollars.
Perusa
Perusa was a small farming town. As winter approached, fields and forests became dry. One of the Cynthian planes sent a bomb into the fields. There was a massive crater and an even bigger fire spreading toward the city, propelled by the Concordian North Eastern Trade Wind.
The Adumaran air force responded with an attack on the planes. The aim was to chase them away and crash them at the border. The smoke from the fire, combined with the dustry and dry air made things hard for both Adumaran and Cynthian pilots.
Fornost
Fornost was fairly big. There were lots of mines in the area. Other businesses like banking, textiles and services bloomed around this sector. Overtime the city got bigger and bigger. The Cynthian planes shot the main chimney for one of the mines. As it fell, it broke the roof of the cavern of the mine, causing it to collapse and trap miners inside.
Rather then chase them away. Adumaran planes surrounded them and pushed them inland, with the intention of killing the whole lot. Cut off from escape, the Cynthian pilots were on their own.
Carthagos
Cruise missiles knocked the aft deck of one of the Adumaran destroyers. The Adumarans countered with cruise missiles of their own. They sent the missiles in the direction of the FPA fleet.
The SRBMs knocked a warehouse to the ground. The ensuing fire spread to the surrounding buildings on the left side of the port. Fire fighters struggled with the flames. 20 million dollars in damage to infrastructure and goods was estimated. 300 people were killed by the fumes and the fire.
Two SRBMs just fell into the water and did nothing. Another landed in the country side, causing a big crater on the mountain side. As the area was sparsely vegetated and populated no one died, nothing was damaged and no forests caught fire. Unfortunately another one fell into an amusement park. The big ferris rolled like a big wheel for a bit and fell over.
Rather than try and hit the subs the planes deployed mines in their estimated line of trajectory. Hopefully they’d bump into them and blow up.
