Other Beliefs?
Utilitarian, Socialist, Social Contract Theory, People are Resources, Man is evil, Laws are powerful, Lying and manipulation is alright.
Religion is mostly bad (in the modern state, including atheism), Western Religion does not promote independence, Western Religion promotes inferiority complexes, Eastern Religion promotes apathy, New age religion is essentially escapism.
Modern Wave of Feminism is not effective (yet), Death Penalty may be used to cause necessary fear, Nature sees Homosexuals and Sterile people as inferior, Freedom of Speech is occasionally unacceptable, especially in relation to protests and criticism of the government.
Priorities should be from First to Last: Administration, Defense, Healthcare, Welfare, Environment, Law and Order, Education, Social Policy, Industry, Public Transport, International Aid, Foreign Policy. (Adjust according to situation)

Location and Creation?
Italy, Coup d’etat started in Florence, Capture finished by his Fictitious Son on June 21th, 1527. -
Name?
Someone took his name, so I broke it up a bit. -
Primary Goals?
a. Keep Civil Rights high, Get Economy High, Keep Political Freedom low.
b. Climb the ladder without the world assembly and reach high levels in the region. -
Why the poor economy and high tax rates?
As my understanding of Machiavelli and his time, the economy was abysmal but steadily rising, and it’s dictatorship so of course the leaders have a lot of money. -
Why keep Civil rights high? Why Keep Political Freedom Low?
To prevent another coup d’etat. Happy citizens who do not have access to government power are less likely to rebel. -
Why the snake as the national animal?
Snakes are often described as slippery, lying, and never to be trusted on their word. They are also very powerful due to their bites. -
Why eat your national animal?
Snakes often eat each other, this is a symbol of the eternal hierarchy between the people and the dictator.
