The law is proposed to be amended as such: * * * ## SECTION III: RECORDS …3.2. This record will contain a screenshot or screenshots evidence of the offending nation which clearly includes the nation’s name and the material constituting a summary or other offense which warrants its ejection or banishment. This requirement is waived if the ejection or banishment executed was at the will of the Administration or by order of the Conclave. ## SECTION IV: ENFORCEMENT …4.2. In the event that a Regional Officer violates the procedure established by this Act, they shall be deemed to have committed an offense dereliction of duty. * * * Practical reasons for change: The main change here is the removal of “screenshot/s” and replacing it with the more general term “evidence”. Whilst the majority of evidence does usually come from screenshots, in the past there has also been the usage of **links** to RMB messages. Another change is the removal of “… an offense” and replacing it with “dereliction of duty”. It simply clarifies the offense being made when the procedures of this law are not followed properly. Adding crime is redundant since the other part of the text makes it clear the evidence is of the offence. I also don’t like using the word crime instead of offence. ---
