I have created the Constitutional Convention forum

Perhaps Sec of state be in charge of recriotment and have a staff to assist made of volunteers

_— End quote_

Sec of State would be more of a title given to the equivalent of Ambassador General or Foreign Minister.

I say we have a Interior Secretary for internal affairs of course :ph43r:

Not really.

In the UK we current have _deep breath_

Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (usually referred to as the Foreign Secretary)
Secretary of State for the Home Department (usually referred to as the Home Secretary
Secretary of State for Defence
Secretary of State for Scotland
Secretary of State for Wales
Secretary of State for Work and Pensions
Secretary of State for Northern Ireland
Secretary of State for Transport
Secretary of State for Health
Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport
Secretary of State for International Development
Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs
Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government
Secretary of State for Justice
Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families
Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills
Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform

See [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secretary\_of\_state](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secretary_of_state) for more. I believe only the US uses SecState specifically for the Foreign Affairs Minister.
