> BE IT ENACTED BY THE MAGISTERIUM OF THE EAST PACIFIC

> SECTION I. FINDINGS
> 
> 1.1. Therein lies an initiation rite of the East Pacific which involves hating, insulting, and/or bulling the individual known as “Vor”.
> 
> 1.2. That until said rite has been completed, no individual may claim full and true membership within the East Pacific or any of its communities.
> 
> 1.3. Noting that S\_Astro has made all proper steps to fulfill said rite.
> 
> SECTION II. PROVISIONS
> 
> 2.1. S\_Astro is hereby declared to be a full Eastern Pacifican with all rights, honors, and duties endowed on them as is proper.
> 
> 2.2. Vor is still maintains his status as enemy of the East Pacific.
