Perhaps an experiment with multiple factors like, how fast do people respond to telegrams/endorsement and how quickly could someone amass the necessary endorsements to overcome the delegate.

I personally think we need to spur the WA nations here to get into the forums and maybe, just maybe endorse the Big D.

I can say that I’ve been the delegate of this region for 2/3 of a year, telegrammed all the WA nations, and had it written in the WFE, yet I only have about 2/3 - 3/4 of the region’s WA count. So not everyone responds to such things, lol.
