The Oan government received permission from the Latian government to send troops. A transport ship plane was sent with personnel and supplies. After several days of prep, it eventually entered the Latianburg airport and its personnel were dispatched to The Café Net Ltd. branch office.
Magistrate d’Arrigo is handed a report out of LatianBurg. “They killed some of our people? That’s barbaric! What were our people doing there in the first place? Alright, has Commander Keyes left yet? He hasn’t? Good. We are sending a couple more people his way.”
d’Arrigo calls up CIF Jouett again. “Captain, you are going to be receiving a report on the situation in LatianBurg. While you are in transit I want you to prepare assessments on how to proceed. Belay the previous order of engagement; you are authorized to engage and conduct operations if you receive intelligence that more of our people are in danger. To help with that, I will be including intelligence operatives in your unit. They will provide you with the necessary intelligence to assist. We will also be providing whatever amount of HUMINT, MASINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and SIGINT we can procure, and you will have primary access to intelligence requests.”

A communique to all allies of the Royal Commonwealth of LatianBurg,
It’s come to my attention that we all have similar aims, to assist LatianBurg in quelling the terrorist threat and prevent more human rights abuses in the Commonwealth. Coordination is going to be key if we want to prevent the threat from manifesting any further. One small thing I propose is this: let’s share any intelligence we are able to extract regarding this crisis. We can share intelligence to be better coordinated, and as long as the intelligence does not expose intelligence gathering tradecraft, I believe it will help us be proactive, save lives, and end this conflict.
I’m hoping you will agree with me.
Sincerely,
Magistrate Jacopo d’Arrigo

As the 2 Bering 727-200Fs crews finish unloading they let Laheed know that Chianski can’t “risk our bomber and fighters right now.” The 727s of the People’s Air Liberation Forces of Chianski then taxi, take off and depart the remote runway. The crew then begins to steer the plane towards Chianski. As they fly over numerous villages they drop all of the propaganda leaflets from the rear of the plane. The leaflets land all across numerous villages and towns. The leaflets all contain propaganda biased towards communism and they encourage people to stand up and fight with Al-Jaheed, and few leaflets even make mention of Chianski. The 727s then continue on flying as per usual to Chianski.
2 C-130Ks fly over airbase and drop 50 Spec Ops soldiers on airbase …they clear and destroy all weapons at base the soldiers dig in for the night .
It had been several days since permission was received from the Latianburg government to send a small contigent of troops to protect Oan citizens and assets. The Oan government had slowly been receiving news that the fighting had escalated. In light of which, Magistrate Jacopo d’Arringo from Furnifold sent out a communique to Latianburg government allies to coordinate the attacks. While restricted by the practical and political limitations that pacifism imposed, The Oan Isles was obliged to send some help, however small.
The Oan ambassador to Kuthernburg, Etuarto Nikoye, was asked to contact the Latianburg government to set up a meeting of representatives of its allies to discuss ways of working together. He sent a letter to that effect, which included, as well, that The Oan Isles, given its history of jungle warfare, would provide a helicopter and tracking team to help scout Al-Jaheed troop and supply movements. It could intercept, jam and listen in on Al-Jaheed communications, thus provide valuable intelligence to Latianburg and her allies. These supplies would be dispatched only if Latianburg and her allies reached a consensus on how to move forward, something that would take a reasonable amount of time.
In the meanwhile, the Oan special operations detatchment from the Terrestrial Defence Force, eventually arrived on Latianburg and moved to the Latian branch of the Oan internet service provide, Café Net Ltd. It was located in the Latian capital. They used the branch as a temporary headquarters, while nonessential Oan staff were sent to the airport to wait to go back to The Oan Isles.
Locally sourced employees were adamant that they should be allowed to go to The Oan Isles as well. They claimed refugee status. This created friction. The Oan Isles had never trully taken refugees before. The troops instead offered them and their families protection in their headquarters until they could receive permission from the Oan embassy in Kuthernburg to let them go to The Oan Isles. They tried to vet the people coming in, but there were faults in their system. Unbeknownst to them, an operative of the Al-Jaheed was among them, biding his time…
Commadner Keyes and his vessel has arrived from Furnifold.
“Alright, the first thing we shall be doing is conducting analysis on any Furnifold citizens in the country. Our primary goal is to get them out safely. Once that is done, we will assist the allied forces in strikes against Al-Jaheed.” CIF Jouett tasked the intelligence analysts, “We have been able to procure high resolution satellite imagery of LatianBurg cities and radar imagery of the deep jungle. Your job is to view the images and pick out any structures that look like terrorist camps or airfields. Let us know what you find.”
Jouett then begins to gather intelligence on any Furnifold citizens in LatianBurg. “We will be entering the cities to collect information. Whatever you can find. Our government will be working to procure any sort of SIGINT they find regarding citizens. Move out”
Commander Keyes contacts the coalition forces currently in LatianBurg. “To all those it may concern, our special operations forces have arrived. We are ready to begin deep forest tactical operations training. Let us know where you would like us.”
Keyes also tasks the patrol boats to stay alert by the transport dock, in case of suspicious activity.

Field Marshal Alexander Briggs, who was put in charge of the FRA task force, arrived at the Langley Air Force Base with the Adumaran Forces who hadn’t already arrived by plane. The Generals from the various Brigades under his command approached him, giving news that the Forces we almost fully assembled at the AFB, and that they would be ready to move out within half an hour. “Good, we will be able to strike these savages hard once we get out in the field”, Briggs said to the Generals. “But until then, I want our 48 available Surveillance Drones launched and scanning the Jungle for any Hostile encampments or bunkers. NWA command wants to move the frontline forward as soon as possible, and we don’t know how many enemies lie waiting in the Jungle. Have them get Thermal and Real images of the forest, while gathering recorded and live feed. I’ll personally be viewing them later.” “Yes sir”, several Generals replied when he finished. “Also, send the 51st Infantry Battalion out to Lima Air Field to reinforce the Latian 357th Engineer Brigade, they need the extra support to ward off future attacks”, Briggs added quickly. “Yes sir”, the generals said again, dispersing quickly as to not get caught in another rant.
The 51st Marine Infantry Battalion was dispatched to Lima Air Field along with 48 Infantry Fighting Vehicles, and 48 Surveillance Drones have begun scanning the Jungle for Enemy activity and locations.

3 MIK-29AKs circle the newly built Elnoro base built by Al-Jaheed. Named after 2nd in command Noro Chavez this was place to hold the 10 MIK-29AKs and 2 U-82 Bombers as well as meeting place for foreign investors. He called over to Chianski to let them know of the defeat in Lima buy he proposed to send suicide bombers to a Major city in 1 of those countries and to blow up the Government Palace in Litop filled with different world officials.
The NWA had managed to take a strategic base from the Al-Jaheed. They were evidently angry, in fact threatening to attack one of the coalition partners. After coming from a hard battle, no one took the threat seriously.
The Oan Isles, while not able to send a sizeable attack force to support them. It was willing to assist in other ways. It took up the initiative from Furnifold to sell T-shirts to support the NWA. Oanaid Ltd. website was dedicated to selling the shirts along with other memorabilia to procure funds for aid to Latian citizens and NWA forces.
Things seemed to be going well. Conflicts of this size often went much worse. Dishevelled relatives of the workers of Café Net were allowed into the offices. The compassionate Oan managers had aimed only to try to help. Unfortunately a kind hand is oft bitten back.
Muttar Mimahid sat quietly in a corner, eating the food that he was given, wearing the blankets he was given and sleeping on the mattress he was given. He kept to himself most of the time, and the Oans understood. His sister Latiana was very upset, however. She was a translator for the Oans. She didn’t want them to suspect him of being a terrorist. She hoped that he was not a terrorist. Unfortunately things seldom are the way they seem.
She would reprimand him when he didn’t greet, correct his posture or criticise his unrefined way of gobbling down his meals. He merely looked at her, half-heartedly doing what she asked, as he imagined watching the bitch’s throat spill open. The Al-Jaheed had taught him the darkness of their beliefs, and in his disenchantment with his own life, it was the perfect recipe for a killer.
He became familiar with the Oans and their way of doing things. He pretended to warm up to them, hating them more and more as the days went by. He hated their effeminate over-concern and condescending pity. He hated their superiority complex. He hated their language. Most of all, he hated how they could escape this suffering that their capitalism caused his people. He would dismantle them, skin layer by layer. He became close to an Oan female, Niana Takatunuye.
“Hey miss, I like your dress”, Muttar said.
“Thank you”, Niana replied.
He spoke with her, and she responded warmly. If she didn’t trust him, she at least gave him the benefit of the doubt. She was working on one of the damaged servers, when he asked her to be shown how it works. He knew that while she might want to maintain the secrecy of her job, she also enjoyed showing off. Or at least that’s the way he saw her kind disposition. Muttar was always suspicious, so he found it difficult to tell what was true and what was not.
She showed him how some of the different components worked. He pretended to enjoy the show. An Oan man passed by the server room and bid them a good night. He was the last person to fall asleep. The entire office building was quiet. He decided to use this opportunity to begin with his plan.
He suggested that they take a break and go to the balcony to look outside. She enjoyed looking at the stars, and she enjoyed telling him about them. She rambled on about their sublime beauty and the Oans’ philosophical way of viewing them. It was almost beautiful, he thought. Almost.
While she was leaning on the railings, he was standing behind her, measuring his weight, speed and strength against hers. He pulled out a gun and pointed it at her. He asked her to turn around. She did. To her horror, she was faced with the barrel. She had come from a country where guns just gave you a painful sting and knocked you out a little. She didn’t expect much from his threat.
“Muttar, put the gun down”, Niana said.
“Why not?” He asked, “You are going to come with me”.
“You don’t mean that”, she said, “Put the gun down”.
She lunged for the weapon. He shot her.
At first she was surprised. She had not expected the blood that gently trickled down her stomach and thigh. She certainly didn’t expect the sharp pain on her abdomen and satisfied grin on his face. She had seen resentment, but she had never seen hatred. She had seen anger, but never fury. It looked so disgusting on his face. His handsome features were marred by the evil in his eyes.
He hit her on the face and gagged her and tied her arms. He wanted to take her to the door and escape to the rendevous with his Al Jaheed contact. Before they could get into the elevator to the ground floor, one of the men saw them. He dragged his captive into the elevator and shot at the man, and missed. The man pressed the emergency button that disabled the elevator.
A fight would ensue.

4 Adumaran http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_C-17_Globemaster_III Transport Planes have begun flyovers of an Al-Jaheed controlled Bunker 15 miles from the border, dropping advanced BLU-82 “Daisy Cutter” bombs. They are escorted by 6 AC-E14 fighter jets, all the way through the operation.
One of the soldiers saw the incident on one of the cameras and responded immediately. He called for reenforcements at the entrances and exits and on the first floor. One of them took a crow bar and attempted to pry the door open. Unfortunately when the elevator was stopped, the doors were more difficult to open. Weird.
When Muttar realised what was happening, he opened the hatch on the roof of the elevator. He used some of the railings and his strength to lift himself up. Unfortunately he struggled to pull Niana up. He decided to do the stupidest and perhaps most effective thing he could. With great difficulty, he unscrewed the bolts connecting the elevator with the chains that moved it up and down. Much to his very unjustifiable surprise, the elevator fell to the ground.
By the work of very capricious and sadistic deities, it fell perfectly. Since it fell from the first floor to the ground floor, it really wasn’t that much of a fall. Niana’s gag fell out. He dropped back into the elevator, landing on Niana. Her comical f-bomb was a short replete from the challenges they faced. She was hurt and tired and so was he, but survival was the bigger motivator. It gave him strength to shoot at the guards waiting near the entrance.
Strangely fortuitous circumstances allowed him to escape with his weak, but determined victim. They also allowed him to inflict atrocious injuries onto his enemies. He pressed a flashing red button on a small peculiar device. Mere moments after, a black mini bus with tinted windows swerved from the corner, to the entrance. The soldiers running behind them could do almost nothing before the vehicle was gone. They went into another vehicle and tried to chase it down, but by then it was too late.
“Litop?” the driver asked?
“Litop”.
General Noro of Al-Jaheed walks into the new airforce base .With him he has 5 Royal Guardsmen Of The Queen ,He talks into a video he sends a fair warning to the nations of Urth You will bow to me you will bow to Communism but what the leader of the Al-Jaheed Fails to realise that you can’t kill your own people you have kill outside people which is why we will execute these Guardsmen because the Queen didn’t pay attention to us so only way get to her is to do this…The Jaheedes walk up to the men and mutilate the men body why they scream in agonizing pain…I say now do you really want war with us we have the MIK-29AKs they’ve been modernize to MIK-29DJ we have plans to hopefully get our hands on 1 of the NWA aircraft …Camera Shows the new airfield while 8 MIK-29DJ fly overhead follow by 4:TU-88I you see we are slowly building the camera then moves over and 10 G-52Alligators and 10 M7G6 Tanks roar across the tarmak NWA we are ready for war and I hope you find the bomb in your capital cities soon be such a bad thing if your subways or financial centers blow up he then has camera turn off he walks out to his AirTrain B400 and takes off for Osnek were is to me with the Chianski Government Officials For political talks to overthrow the leader of Al-Jaheed.
The Oan guards were dealing with the events that had happened.
Soldier 1 said, “What was the point of coming here if we were going to fail”.
Soldier 2 replied, “It’s like a story. Some stupid prick is making everything turn against us”.
“We don’t talk like that, brother”, Soldier 1 chided.
“Well it’s true!” Soldier 2 fired back, “We pretend like we live in the best country on Urth, but we’d be naked without the ACA!”.
Soldier 1 replied, “Most people are uncivilised, except perhaps the Emberidians, but they are just weird”.
“What good does it do, when we failed to protect Niana?” Soldier 2 replied, “And our brothers are injured”.
They watched a rat crawl out of the drain pipe and crawl back.
“That kid is so volatile”, Soldier 2 said, “You’d swear he’s from Packilvania”.
“Don’t say that word”, Soldier 1 reprimanded.
“What? Packilvania?”
“Yes! We might get struck by lightning!”
They cautiously looked at the clouds and felt timid, withdrawing near the door, should lightning really strike.

Niana was badly hurt. She was becoming hot and losing consciousness. Muttar tried to dress her wounds. The bleeding had stopped, but she had lost a lot of blood. He was panicking, intermittently swearing at the door, at the fly on the window pane, at the antiseptic fluid that was spilling on the floor, at everything except himself. He had been ordered to bring Niana back alive. He blamed Niana for being such an easy target. The driver heard him struggle. He quietly told Muttar to calm down. He gradually did. The driver pitied him. Muttar was just young born into trying circumstances and who met people who filled him with hatred and a lack of accountability. He was a rubbish soldier. He’s the type of person they turn into a suicide bomber: a gullible idiot, who’s more useful dead than alive. Poor kid probably thought that the Al-Jaheed liked him. How unfortunate…
