SECTION III. PROVISIONS.
(1) The Confederated East Pacific shall create a subforum under the “Government of the East Pacific” called the Hall of Heroes where a brief description and the most common flag of the honored nation shall be given in a thread devoted to that one nation.
(2) The Editor of The East Pacific News Service is responsible for approving a brief description of the nominated nation to be furnished to the Magisterium before a vote is held.
(3) If a common flag for the nominated nation is not available, The Confederated East Pacific flag may be used.

(3) The Hall of Heroes shall be overseen and maintained by a Keeper of the Hall who is nominated by the Delegate and confirmed by majority vote in the Magisterium.
(3.1) The Keeper of the Hall is responsible for approving a brief description of the nominated nation to be furnished to the Magisterium before a vote is held.
(3.2) The Keeper of the Hall shall have a six-month term, and shall undergo a confirmation vote by the Magisterium every six months when the term expires.
(3.3) In the event that a new Keeper of the Hall is not nominated or renominated after the six month term, the current Keeper of the Hall shall continue serving indefinitely in a full capacity until they are renominated or a citizen is nominated by the Delgate to replace the current Keeper of the Hall.
(4) Nations can enter into the Hall of Heroes after being nominated to the Magisterium by the Delegate and the Magisterium holds a vote where the nation’s bid into the Hall of Heroes receives 75% “Aye” votes from Magisters.

Voting Procedure

The voting period will exist for a period of 168 hours from time of posting and expire on October 10th. Perform one of the following tasks:
[1] Vote AYE or FOR if you are in favor of the amendment;
[2] Vote NAY or AGAINST if you are against the amendment;
[3] Vote ABSTAIN or PRESENT if you find yourself unable to reach a decision in good conscience.
It is required that you also supply your nation within The East Pacific and its World Assembly status. Only Magisters whose nation both resides in The East Pacific and is a member of the World Assembly will have their vote counted as legitimate. If you are currently an active member of the EPSA, you are exempt from the aforementioned expectation.
