The referendum passes.
The voters contributed 21 ballots. Of which, 19 ballots were valid. 68% of valid ballots voted AYE; 21% of valid ballots voted NAY; and 11% of valid ballots ABSTAINED.
Concordat Article I Section 2 requires 2/3 (66.7%) of valid ballots to support the referendum. Having achieved this support, by Concordat Article I Section 3, this proposal is now immediately considered Amendment.
