30 individuals voted, with 29 being valid Citizens at the time of vote with @theclockworkvixen not being a Citizen (which means their candidacy is invalid - very much my bad for not catching that >_>). Out of 29 valid votes, 4 abstained - leaving a total of 25 votes counting to the majority.
