Xagrurg ownership of Zebant needs to be established retroactively in its own roleplay thread. Because the indicated area is currently owned by Celannica in the current map version, Xagrurg will not be allowed to act as though the island is theirs in this roleplay until an appropriate roleplay detailing the acquisition of Zebant has been completed. Transfer of territory between nations may not occur outside of established roleplay so the option of retconning the island’s ownership is not an option.
