WHEREAS Packilvania is the most active participant in The East Pacific forum with 8,388,607 posts; and
WHEREAS Packilvania served as Delegate-in-exile for The East Pacific during the troubles with The Empire; and
WHEREAS Packilvania has assimilated all of The East Pacific; and
WHEREAS Packilvania has provided tireless service as an Administrator for this forum.
NOW THEREFORE, the Magisterium resolves as follows:
