An index of all laws currently in force in The East Pacific
CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS
Constitutional laws are laws that form the foundation of our community and are fundamental to governance. The Concordat of The East Pacific is our supreme constitutional law, which defines the purpose of our government and its framework. Constitutional laws take precedence over all other laws and require a two-thirds super-majority vote (66%) in both the Magisterium and a regional referendum of the Citizenry for passage of an amendment.

STATUTORY LAWS
General laws are laws that are subordinate to constitutional laws and require a simple majority vote (50%+1) in the Magisterium for passage.

Resolutions passed by the Magisterium are non-binding. Resolutions require a simple majority vote for passage.

An archive of all treaties currently in force in The East Pacific
TREATIES
Treaties are binding agreements with other regions and organizations. Treaties are diplomatic documents rather than ordinary laws and are separately maintained by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

DECLARATIONS OF WAR
Declarations of war allow EPSA to set aside its griefing prohibitions, and allows the Delegate to mobilize EPSA against the named regions. These are not laws, but a record of them are maintained by the Magisterium.
