Viceroy Zukchiva has proposed an Amendment to the Citizenship Act on Thursday, November 9, 2023 5:37 AM UTC

This Bill was motioned to vote on Sunday, November 26, 2023 6:32 PM UTC, and was seconded by Provost CyberiumShadow on Monday, November 27, 2023 4:10 AM UTC.

Pursuant to Article B, Section 5 of the Concordat & the Standing Orders of the Magisterium, this proposal needs a standard majority of voting Magisters to pass. In addition, the quorum of 50% must be upheld.

SECTION VII. ENTRY AND RESIDENCE

…7.1. The Praesidium and the Delegate can each deny entry or residence to any nation it deems a significant risk to the East Pacific.
…7.1.1. This power may not be exercised against the nations of Residents who present a significant risk by committing an indictable offense or being suspected of such, unless said Residents utilized nations in a clear military attack against the East Pacific.
…7.1.2. The Praesidium may overrule any Delegate exercise of this power following the Standing Orders of the Viziers.

7.2. Residents whose nations were banned or ejected from the East Pacific without having been sentenced by the Conclave to ejection or banishment have the right to seek appeal before the Conclave.

7.3. This power cannot be exercised against Residents or Citizens as individuals.

SECTION VIII: VOTE FRAUD

…78.1. Nothing in this Act permits an individual to maintain multiple Citizenships, which shall constitute an indictable offense with a maximum sentence of permanent banishment.

…78.2. Any individual who attempts to vote during Delegate Elections and regional referenda without valid Citizenship shall be committing an indictable offense with a maximum sentence of one year banishment.

SECTION VIIIIX. ENACTMENT

Upon enactment of this Act, the Voter Registration Act shall be repealed in its entirety.

Monday, November 27, 2023 4:10 AM UTC→Monday, December 4, 2023 4:10 AM UTC
