This record will contain a screenshot or screenshots evidence of the offending nation which clearly includes the nation’s name and the material constituting a summary or other offense which warrants its ejection or banishment. This requirement is waived if the ejection or banishment executed was at the will of the Administration or by order of the Conclave.

SECTION IV: ENFORCEMENT

…4.2. In the event that a Regional Officer violates the procedure established by this Act, they shall be deemed to have committed an offense dereliction of duty.
