[A-2024-36] Amendment to the Concordat

Magister Mangegneithe has proposed an amendment to the Concordat. This was motioned to vote by Magister Mangegneithe on Invalid date and was seconded by Magister Sammy23 on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 7:17 PM.

INFORMATION

This amendment needs a two-thirds majority and a 50% quorum to pass.

IMPORTANT

A one week voting period will occur between the following period:
Friday, August 30, 2024 2:31 PM→Invalid date

Choices for voting:
Vote AYE or FOR if you are in favor.
Vote NAY or AGAINST if you are against.
Vote PRESENT or ABSTAIN if you cannot make a decision.

Article C.3 is amended to read:

The Conclave shall be composed of fourfive Arbiters, which shall not serve concurrently as the Delegate or as a Magister. In the final decisions of the Conclave, the total number of votes cast may not exceed 3, as determined by the Standing Orders of the Conclave.
