Thank you.
Krechzianko requests membership in the East Pacific Treaty Organization, the alliance which it founded and which has since been corrupted by capitalism. We hope to return EPTO’s glory and honor through our membership.
Thank you.
Kangarawa will second Krechzianko’s request on the basis of the nation being the founder of the EPTO. We will ignore the rest of the rhetoric.
ooc: I have to include some coldness and spite, don’t I?
ooc: And I had to stay in character after voting to ban you didn’t I? lol
FPS will also second the application, and moves for immediate re-admittance.
[OOC]I shall respond to this later.[/OOC]
Xiopothos shall also second tthe applicvasation in accordance to the Treaty of Rillianon.
EM will also support the application of Krech into the EPTO in appliance of the Treaty of Rillianon.
The Secretary General thought for a moment. “Very well, sir. I shall consider your application, as well as the support provided you from members of this organization, and shall reply with a decision regarding the direction your application will take.” He paused for a moment, and continued, “Oh, and I shall provide my reply with the same respect you have afforded us, today. Now, if you’ll excuse me…” The Gnidrahn rose from his seat, and exited the conference room, to enter his office. He would need time to prepare for what might come next.
Nivogal gladly stands by the side of our socialists brothers and would support Krechzianko’s return to the EPTO
The Secretary General came out of his office, and met with the representative from Krechzianko. “Considering the support provided you by my colleagues, I will grant your nation membership, once more.” He went on. “But, mark my words: your country screws up again, it will be banned, for good. Here are your papers, credentials, etc. Good day.” The Gnidrahn nodded and went out for lunch.
The Nivogalese representative watched the exchange between the Gnidrahn and Krechiankan representatives, and overheard part of the conversation as he was drinking his vodka. He smiled to himself as he heard that that Krechzianko was allowed back into EPTO. He waited until the Gnidrahn left, then approached the Krechziankan with a bottle of Stolichnaya vodka and an extra glass.
“Buen día a usted, sir. No podría ayudar sino oír a que su nación consiguió nuevamente dentro de este grupo,” he told him in his Spanish. Hopefully he knows the language. Good day to you, sir. I couldn’t help but hear that your nation got back into this group.
He extended a glass and showed him the bottle of Stolichnaya. “¿Usted tendría una bebida con mí, mi camarada socialista del compañero, pues bebemos a la victoria para este día? Mi país era una de las naciones que apoyaron su entrada nuevamente dentro de EPTO.” Would you have a drink with me, my fellow socialist comrade, as we drink to victory for this day? My country was one of the nations that supported your entry back into EPTO.
bump so Krechianko can respond
“A-ha, yes, I shall enjoy that. Nothing’s as good as Krech vodka, I must say, but Russian is perfectly acceptable.” He drank it slowly (unlike most Krechziankans). “One day, this place will be back under socialism.”
“We shall see if that will be so in the future…” The regular Xiopothan representative said calmly as he looked at the Krechziankan. He then stood up from the table to leave for lunch as well. But as he stepped behind the Krechziankian, he said something in a somewt hushed voice. “I would advise that you heed the words of the Secretary General, however; I can assure you that he will keep them. And not to say that it will, but if your country does happen to blunder, he will have it barred from the EPTO for good. This isn’t ‘home sweet home’ anymore, if you know what I mean.” The representative paused for a moment and suddenly began speaking in his normal tone of voice.
“All right then, carry on sir. Oh, and also, welcome back…” He said, putting up a hand to give a lackluster wave of his hand without looking at the man as he stood behind him. He then proceeded to towards the exit, into the hallway, and eventually out of the EPTO HQ building and into an awaiting car. The thing was however, nobody had even noticed the foxy smirk on his face as he left. It was as if he had pulled off some devious deed, and he had done it without anybody even noticing what had transpired. He stepped into the car and set his suitcase onto the floor before turning to look at the casually-dressed man next to him. the so-called car was actually an SUV. One with Xiopothan international liscense plates, a xiopothan driver, and a Xiopothan guard. As many government cars and government vehicles do, it had legally tinted windows in the rear compartments.
“Well, how did it all go? Did you plant the nanites on him?” He asked, looking at the Xiopothan next to him who was still grinning, now doing so in a manner almost reminiscent to that of a madman.
“Hehehe… Well, I must now admit that you were right all along. The EPTO and the FPS government really are damn easy to fool. Nobody in there noticed a damn thing at all.” He said as he hit a button on his wristwatch, his form suddenly flashing with green light. When the light faded, it was still a man there, in the same clothes and everything, but not the man that it is supposed to be. Instead of the Xiopothan official in the suit, there sat a man of krechziankan descent, talking in the Xiopothan representative’s voice. That was not for long though, for he soon spat out a rather small, translucent device that he had hid under his tongue rather comfortably. When he continued speaking as he put the device into an air-lock sanitation-containment tube, his voice suddenly changed in its tone, and it took on a Krechziankan accent. In fact, the two men had been conversing in the Krechziankan language the whole damn time as the car began to head down the road. “I slipped them into that bastard’s vodka just as I was leaving. It would only look like hand wave on the cameras. You absolutely must appreciate Spitz and the smuggled tech he gets. The sensors didn’t even pick up a trace.” He finished, stripping the expensive suit off to reveal that he had an inconspicuous set of casual clothing on underneath it.
“Indeed I do, comrade. Now we can simply find him and then we’ll kill him when the time is right. By now, they must be set up everywhere in his body. We see what he sees and hears what he hears, and the best part is, nobody will probably even know this because they’re invisible on almost every spectrum known and are untraceable. Ingenius indeed. COK will soon have its revenge. Fufufufufu…” The other man replied before turning to a figure that laid on the car floor, bound, gagged and glaring at the two men as he tried to say a muffled stream of profanities though the blockage in his mouth. This figure was the real representive from Xiopothos. he looked up angrily at the Krechziankan. These two bastards had not only tie him up and stolen his identity, but they had also killed his driver and his guard. He was probably going next.
“Ah, by the way Mr. Representative, thank you for lending us your copy of the Xiopothan statement concerning the post-war treaty. We found it most helpful in aiding our cause.” He said in English, flashing a dangerous, mischevious smile. However, I think that you have heard too much about how we do things. Im sorry that we cant return the favor.
The representatives eyes went wide in realization as he heard this, along with what sounded like a pistol being loaded. Oh crap, these guys are going to-
Sweet dreams, comrade…
A silenced round shot out from a pistol held by the other man and embedded itself in the representatives cranium. Essentially killing him. The car suddenly took a road out of Liberty City and headed north towards a relatively remote and forest-embedded hill just north of the city. At some point, the vehicle took a turn onto a dirt road and stopped right before a gentle section of the river. The two men put on latex gloves, then stripped the body of its boxers and cut away a couple things below the waist with a machete and chucked them into the water along with the undergarment and the ropes before stuffing the body into a body bag. They then chucked that into the waters as well, watching it float downstream. Stuffing the gun, the machete and the gloves into a larger air-lock sanitation-containment tube in the car, they watched the murder and mutilation evidence completely be wiped away by the things sanitation process before driving off and back onto the highway as if nothing had happened.
All in a days work, comrade. All in a days work… The other man said to the false representative.
Indeed, comrade. The other man replied.
The two chuckled as they headed for Faramount. They had another job to attend to…
(OOC: Dundun-DUN! :foxy: )
Chris Hayes rose from his seat after returning papers to his briefcase, and approached the Nivogalese and Krechziankan representatives.
“Gentlemen, I realize it may be a waste of good vodka, but I was hoping I might persuade you to leave the remainder of your drinks and join me for lunch. There is something completely unrelated to the EPTO which I would like to discuss with you.”
The Nivogalese representative looked sternly at him and put down his glass, nodding to the Krechziankan to put down his glass. “Let’s go then somewhere private,” he said in his English, accented from his Spanish accent.
As the two men stood and moved away from the table, Hayes looked straight at both of them.
“I would like to make it perfectly clear, however, that what I have to discuss with you will in no way affect my actions or candor in these chambers. I will still vote my conscience, as I suspect you will. My President has simply asked me to gather a little more information about the NSU, and as the two of you are members, a discussion over lunch seemed far more appealing than remaining here.”
Liberty City - Office of the Medical Examiner
Morgue Examination Room 35C
“Glad you could make it, detectives.” Medical Examiner Trisha Chudacoff turned to face the two detectives as they entered the room. “I thought this was a case that would interest you.”
“Because we’re in the Major Case Squad, or because we like castrated bodies?” Ken Blight walked up to the table, barely paying attention to the body. He’d been in homicide for seven years before being switched to major case two years before…he’d more then grown used to bodies.
“Babe, I wouldn’t be here if this was just a castration. I have quite a large staff to do the autopsies on regular civilians.”
“Well, then, what’ve we got?” Ken’s partner, Detective Merissa Logevall, stepped up on the other side of Chudacoff. She’d been with the department only about half as long as Ken, but had a college degree in criminal science…which had given her an immediate bump to detective.
“Roy Sheperd Chezzelton the Third, Ambassador from Xiopothos to the East Pacific Treaty Organization, identified by his fingerprints. From his last description, thirty-eight years old, six feet tall, 245 pounds, caucasian male, brown eyes, cropped hair.”
“I’m assuming the castration and shaved body aren’t normal, then?” Merissa asked.
“Absolutely not. Killers were good…of yet, I’ve found absolutely no trace evidence.”
“Nothing?” Ken asked.
“Nothing. Except that the killers are professions. Bullet came from a silenced weapon, probably low caliber. Didn’t pierce the skull. The cause of death was massive trauma from the gunshot wound to the head, nonetheless. He was shaved pre-mortem, held for several days pre-mortem, without any nourishment, except through an IV which they apparently hooked to his left arm.” She motioned to the place where the IV had been inserted. “And probably held in the back of a vehicle…I found some fibers from a car carpet. Castrated post-mortem.”
“Anything else?” Ken said, putting away his notebook in expectation of the answer.
“Not at this time, though I’ve yet to do a full autopsy. I’ll tell you if anything comes up.”
The two detectives nodded, and, turning, made their way out. “Where to next?” Merissa asked, as she got into the driver’s seat of the two’s generic unmarked police cruiser.
“Precinct. Wanna find out if this guy has family, who his aide was, any…well, whatever other pertinent information we have on him.”
OOC: Will have more in the investigation coming soon.
Liberty City Police Department HeadQuarters - Major Case Squad
Office of the CO
“We don’t know.” Ken said, sighing. “We don’t know anything. How the events transpired, why they transpired, when they transpired, who else was involved…every peice of concrete evidence we’ve found seems to be somehow put off by another peice of concrete evidence. To be frank: I think the only way we’re going to find out what happened is by catching the killers and getting them to confess.”
“And how do we do that, if we have nothing?” The captain asked, sitting back.
“Well, we do have something.” Merissa said. “The representative was last seen driving off in a Silver 1996 Dodge Caravan, Xiopothan Government Model, Diplomatic License Plate XIO7A, along with his driver and bodyguard. After that, nothing.”
“He didn’t get picked up by one street camera?” The captain asked.
“The computer system only stores the pictures of vehicles taking illegal actions.” Merissa responded.
“Great.” The captain said. “Well, I’ll put an APB out on the vehicle, have the suspects deemed armed and highly dangerous…do we even know how many there are?”
“Two to three, we’d guess.” Ken stated. “But we don’t really know.”
“Alright. Well, wrap up your investigation, and move on. I’ll let you know if anything turns up from the APB.”
“Alright.”
OOC: Eh, came to the conclusion that, as shown above, police wouldnt’ have a clue wtf is up. But, because your suspects did drive away in the rep’s vehicle, they have one possible lead.
Though I should note that you’d have to be pulled over for anyone to make the cnonection. Outside of Liberty City, no cops will be specifically looking for the vehicle. It’ll take a running of the license plate for cops from the countryside area and Faramount City Area to realize the drivers of the vehicle are wanted for questioning.
