[AMENDMENT] Amendment to the Concordat: Article D

Section 1: Establishment & Organization

  1. The Praesidium shall be invested the responsibilities of regional security, stability, and continuity of government.

  2. The Praesidium shall be composed of Viziers, each who shall maintain a high level of endorsements in the region and serve for an indefinite period.

3. No Vizier shall concurrently hold a position that requires their World Assembly nation to be mobile in addition to the Praesidium.

34. The Praesidium shall be charged with removing from power any Delegate suspended by the Magisterium, guilty of a summary or indictable offence, or any individual that has illegally seized the Delegacy.

45. The Standing Orders of the Praesidium shall be considered legally binding within the Praesidium, unless contradicted by this Concordat or statutory law.

Alright. Noticed this when I was referring to the Concordat for creating TGH’s Founding Manifesto. It might not be necessary (since it would seem rather obvious), however I do think that this should be there anyways as a safeguard.

If you lot have any opinions on the matter, please let me know. Feedback, criticism, etc. are vital.

As I said, might be unnecessary, but could still be useful as a safeguard.

If it’s unnecessary because it’s covered by 2, it has no use as a safeguard. If its only use is to help people who can’t read, it should be in a note somewhere, not as a superfluous provision.

I’ll note that since this doesn’t fill a practical need (since this is covered by 2 already) it would specifically just bar a Vizier from stepping into Admiral role., which can be argued for or against since leading the army is different than jumping with the army

I see the point in this proposal, however as stated above, I think it’s already quite clear that becoming Vizier makes your WA fixed. It’s the very core concept of being a Vizier
