Announcement of New Ministry

Due to recent need for a Citizenship Audit due to upcoming elections, I have decided to split the Immigration Ministry into 2 Ministries:

  1. Immigration Ministry
  2. TEP Census Bureau (also named as: Ministry of Paperwork)

These will be two separate ministries, and Opstan shall be appointed as Minister of Paperwork. He has done the MOST work out of all the data-keepers of TEP: as shown here http://forum.theeastpacific.com/topic/7020548/1/
It would be a meritocratic to hire him as a minister.

Secondly, special thanks to Prussia and Zukchiva for their contributions in this recent too, they along with Atlae(who’s contributed for past projects) and Wonder Woman are added to the Census Bureau ministry as members.
