Welcome to the International Forum!
The International Forum (or I.F.) is an international organization that seeks to maintain international peace and security, promote peaceful relations among nations, and to serve as the primary place of discussion and deliberation on matters of global concern.
All sovereign states on Urth are eligible to join the International Forum. States can either be members or observers. Both have the right to attend and speak in debates, but only members have a vote. The I.F. is divided into two organs called “Councils.” The Security Council, consisting of ten members, deals with matters affecting international safety and security. The General Council, consisting of all members, deals with all other matters of global concern. In order to be elected to the Security Council, a state must be a member of the Global Crisis Council, a separate but affiliated organization.
The current Secretary-General of the International Forum, who is the organization’s chief administrative officer and presiding officer of the General Council, is Remy Jacques of Alksearia. The current Chairperson of the Security Council (and chair of the Global Crisis Council) is Klara Sarinov of Durakia. The current members of the Security Council are: Asendavia, Tretrid, Alksearia, Axdel, Norgsveldet, South Peragen, Arkalarius, East Cerdani, Mexregiona, and Kurikia.
If your country wants a seat at the table, apply to join! Applicants are generally automatically admitted, unless their sovereignty is in dispute. States may apply by submitting a written request to the International Forum Secretariat in the form outlined below:
